I worked with Nelson . His shop provides Excellent service and excellent work. It is hard to find someone that does quality body work on Smart Cars. I got referred to Boulevard Auto Repair by The Southern California Smarties car club. I am so grateful for the recommendation. My Smart was hit by a city truck while parked on the street. Left front panel of car had to be repaired as they don't have the panels anymore for 2008 Smart Cars in all colors. Boulevard did a spectacular repair job. I was worried about the paint color but they managed to match perfectly. I am very pleased. They really did an outstanding job. I highly recommend them and will use for future needs.

Took my Audi 2013 A7 here for oil change, rear brake pads, and valve cover gaskets. They did an amazing job at very competitive pricing and they even cleaned the car in/out for free that had it looking great and had the whole job done extremely quick. My go to for any German auto servicing. Look no further this is my regular spot now

I have now taken my car back to Boulevard auto a couple of times for tuneup and for battery and for scanning and I am so happy with this shop! It’s super clean and nice with the Mercedes-Benz logo. They have state of the art equipment even for their invoicing. very clear communication with the shop manager. And there’s nothing they cannot fix on your Mercedes! I will never go to the dealer again ! Save some time and money here! Bonus: Good food and good coffee on each corner of the shop location while you wait.

I took a potential used car purchase here. I am in the market for my driving age teen. I wanted a second opinion of the car and if it was worth the asking price. I am so glad I did as I was formed about the engine condition and several serious issues with the car. All of the issues were written up and itemized so it provided me with a clear overview of what I would have to repair to keep the car in good working order. Nelson is an expert mechanic and gave me several good tips about purchasing a used car. A solid review! Don't purchase any used car without a pre purchase review. I am confident that I made the right decision with the input I received from Nelson and his team.

My only disappointment was that my car was not washed. Nelson did tell me I could bring my car back the next day but that was inconvenient. Pleasant & reliable. Update: July 2024 YoY - Nelson and team are by far the best folks that I've ever worked with as it relates to my Volkswagen. Seriously the best in every regard - client education, satisfaction, service is above and beyond. Sanaz Update: August 2023 I recently had a hit and run on the rear end of my car, and I went to 3 auto body shops for a quote, and Nelson was the most straight forward and easy person to work with. He is very supportive and clear on how the insurance process works. What I appreciate so much about Nelson is that he's very transparent on the entire process, and is extremely knowledgable. He's patient to share the information you need to feel confident that you're in good hands. Once the auto body work was complete, Nelson and his team went above and beyond, making sure to use original and new parts, and paint match ensuring that you would never know a collision occurred. At this point, I'm sending all my friends to Nelson at Boulevard Auto. They're also a family run business, 2 generations, and no one is more honest, caring of quality work and hardworking than Nelson and his crew. This place overcharged me and did not perform what was needed to fix the car. I paid a lot of money for service and changed the throttle body 3 times thinking it was defective, but apparently they did not install it correctly. I paid so much fees, including overnight shipping, and after i brought brand new parts for them from Mercedes dealership that was sealed they refused to warranty the work. Because they want you to order with them and pay more with their mark up, it would be fine if the parts were readily available but for a rare car it's not. That is why i ordered the parts and many parts i ordered through Nelson as well and was charged 20% extra. Duh As well as Nelson will be nice to you when you come in initially but then he's got you by the balls after the car is apart. Everything you tell him after you do your own research he tells you something new. I would avoid this place. I'm considering filing a small claims court documents.

Amazing Value, Honest People I was nervous about taking my car in. I needed to prep it for sale and it had bumper stickers I couldn't get off, one dusty headlight every repair shop said would cost extra to remove & dust, and some dings and scratches. It also had an aging leather interior I feared would fade worse with washing. I compared prices on 8 detailing shops on Yelp, all of which ranged between $150-$300 for the basic package of wash/wax. The cheaper shops charged extra for every single detail. Nelson at Boulevard did not. He charged a flat rate of $250 and sent me a full list of what that entailed. The list, when I sent it to other shops, amounted to over $500 in charges from them. But not from Boulevard. They INCLUDE dusting the headlights (even when they have to remove them to dust the interior), dealing with leather, and even touching up exterior paint. Nelson at Boulevard Auto Repair went over my car with me when I dropped it off, pointing out which damage points were tricky and why. I learned a lot from the experience. I returned for my car at 5pm and it looks and smells like new. They'd done even more than I thought they would. And when I went in to sign the receipt it stayed at the original estimate of $250. They didn't tack anything on, which I really appreciate! Before/After Photos Below!

This auto repair shop gets the job done, but the experience was mixed. The mechanics were knowledgeable and fixed the issues properly, but the service took longer than expected. The shop is clean enough, though the waiting area could be more comfortable. Prices are reasonable, but not the best value compared to other shops. Overall, it works in a pinch, but there’s room for improvement.

This is and was one of the best auto mechanics experience I have been through. Nelson and his team from the inspection diagnostics to the approval of his initial inspection. Truly just a class shop. They go over everything with you, then showed me what I have to do between services. Honesty a 10👍🏽 Not bad for a 1981 Mercedes Benz 300SD Turbo Diesel It really is all about the little things that they do as well as each step of the way you’re well informed about the situations that are happening.
