I brought my Honda in after a fender bender in my parking lot. Everyone couldn't have been nicer! They did such a great job, I feel like I have a new car! They also went above and beyond in dealing with the insurance companies, so all I had to do is drop it off and pick it up! In days where most services are "meh" at best, Autobahn stands out as an example of how things should be done. Thank you for EVERYTHING!

I went to Autobahn on a recommendation from my insurance company at the time, State Farm. I live in the area and had actually never been there until this. I went with my front end damaged and also a long dent and streak down the driver side of the car, very noticeable and it drove me crazy. Someone had run down the side of my car while I was parked at a grocery store and didn’t leave any kind of note. I was ticked. I scheduled the appointment and they were booked for 3 months so I was excited to get the work done. Vin, who I believe runs the place was absolutely fantastic and the work they did was stunning. I knew it would look better but had no clue the perfection they would put in on redoing the whole side. You could never tell there was ever any damage now. This was a great experience and I’d recommend anyone who needs professional body work to call Vin and book an appointment. Thanks Vin!!

What can I say except Autobahn is the best. Their service is topnotch, no matter who you speak with they all know the status of your vehicle. My car looked brand new when I picked it up. Not only was the body work done to perfection but they detailed it as well. Because of my accident, I missed the appointment I had to have my snow tires put on. Rescheduling was over a month out. When I call Autobahn to see if they knew anyone who could do it, Betsy worked her magic and was able to find someone to do it. Hopefully I won't have the need to visit an auto body shop for a while but if I do, hands down, it would be Autobahn.

As another reviewer stated, Betsy is a of a nightmare.Highly negative experience where she was rude and condescending to me and my insurance adjuster and spoke unprofessionally about the insurance company (where I’ve had nothing but positive experiences). Betsy basically told me they were taking advantage of me (which was not true at all) due to some sort of personal experience she had with that insurance company related to her automobile body work that had absolutely nothing to do with my situation. My insurance adjuster was pretty shocked by the way she was speaking to me. We were on a phone call to try and sort out a simple miscommunication. In that conversation Betsy refused to listen to me or my insurance adjuster and just talked over us, telling us what to do and that we don’t understand, despite the insurance adjuster trying to explain some things on his end tjst she was not understanding. I am relieved it was a three-way phone call and my insurance adjuster was able to hear it all directly from her, including her losing her temper and snapping “if you don’t like it, just go elsewhere." On the phone it was communicated to Betsy that yes, we would be going elsewhere. She then attempted to, I guess, save herself by sending me a very condescending email about how I don't understand what's going on - which yes, I have needed the insurance process explained -but that's why were both on the phone with her as well as what to do if I don't want her help. She decided I didn’t understand what was going related to the quote but would not listen to me or the insurance adjuster when we both tried to explain to her that the information she needed was on its way to her. I wanted to use the Autobahn due to a very positive previous experience but as a result of this will not be using them again.

After I was rear-ended, I connected with Autobahn to fix the damage to the bumper, muffler, and exhaust. Scheduling my appointment was quick and painless, and the staff was cordial and understanding. When I brought my vehicle to the shop, the process of getting it back was seamless, taking only a couple of days. However, after a few days, I noticed my muffler was making an odd noise, similar to a rusted-out Dodge Neon from my high school days. I decided to give them a call to see if there was anything they could do to resolve the noise issue. They contacted Goss, replaced the defective part, and returned my vehicle to me within one business day. Hopefully, I don't get rear-ended again, but if I do, I would happily return.

DON'T GO HERE! This business is dishonest and the owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. I brought my Alfa Romeo here have very minor rear end damage repaired after an accident. It was supposed to be a 2-3 day job to repaint the rear bumper. They managed to break the wiring harness on one of the rear taillights when they removed it and it can only be repaired by an Alfa dealership (nearest one is 200 miles/3.5 hours away in Boston). I'm sure it was an accident, but Autobahn completely refused to accept responsibility for causing this additional damage to my car and they lied to/tried to trick my insurance company into paying for the damage they caused that was completely unrelated to the original accident. Autobahn has had my car for over *7 weeks now* for a 3 day job, and told me it's my problem to figure out how to fix the damage THEY CAUSED. The owner refused to give me the name of Autobahn's business insurance carrier when asked and then swore at me and called me names on the phone. This is a shockingly dishonest and unprofessional operation. Don't go here, you've been warned!

I went to Autobahn recently after being a victim (like so many others) of a car break-in. This break-in left me with a smashed passenger window, body damage, and a blood stain on my passenger seat. The professionalism, kindness and timeliness of Autobahn was already a great experience. Little did I know it would get even better when I received my car in better shape than I ever expected! I picked up my car today and the team had gone above and beyond. They repaired all that needed repairing and then went as far as shampooing my car and washing the whole thing. When I thanked them for going above and beyond the response I got was “I just wanted to wash away that whole horrible experience for you”. I am incredibly grateful for Autobahn. They got me in the same day I called and got the car back to me in less than 2 weeks. They really made an awful situation one that I can now look back on with gratitude. Safe to say I would highly recommend their services :)

I was in an accident in June I am from the Plattsburgh area and the only options for shops were in vt so I just chose autobahn and it was definitely an amazing experience. They kept me in the loop of what was going on with my car and they did an amazing job on the car itself as well. It doesn't even look like it's been in an accident. It looks incredible. My driver door got smashed in an accident and wouldn’t open so I had to climb into the passenger seat to get out. Even though they could not get my car in for a repair for another month Autobahn staff fit me in and made my car door operable in the mean time which drastically decreased my stress after a car accident. I brought my car in for a simple fix as I had a body damage slightly from a car accident. They did amazing with fixing it. HOWEVER!!!! That’s not the issue I am having with. When I picked up my car on Monday, I inspected the body of my car but not Thinking I needed to check my windshield. My father did notice the huge crack on my wind shield! The crack stretches from one side of my mirror to other side of the side mirror! I am upset and called them. My father and I drove my car to their location and we know there was not a crack on my windshield as we WOULD HAVE SEEN IT. Yet somehow, when I called to get an answer that cracked windshield They denied it with a response saying “oh it was already there and proceed to tell me where it was BEFORE I INDICATED WHERE THE CRACK IS. That to me is suspicous. I am disappointed with a damage that was done to my car and now have to spend more money on something I didn’t even have to do! BEWARE AND INSPECT YOUR CAR BEFORE LEAVING

In just three days, they completely fixed the damage—and honestly, it looks like nothing ever happened. The repair work was done so perfectly, the car looks brand new.
