Do you not buy a car here! You will get ripped off! Owner commits fraud by not sending in warrantees. They are thieves praying on individuals in need of working vehicles. They screwed me out of over $7000 on a vehicle that ran less than three months.

Great dealership! Bought a car in excellent condition with a one-month warranty in summer. Even after it expired, they helped me with a dead battery for free by lending me a jump packer. These guys were great to work with. We can to agreement that I would purchase a 2006 Tacoma from them but they wanted to address a couple known issues that they found. When I picked the truck up after the known issues were fixed, I discovered another issue with the brakes on my 3 hour drive back home. I took it to my local mechanic and the guys up at Vermont Auto made it right with me and covered the cost of parts and even some of the labor costs. Was a very fair resolution in my eyes after buying a as is vehicle. I will certainly look to work with them for my next vehicle.

I bought my F150 from Alex, and I couldn't have had a better experience buying a used vehicle. Top notch communication throughout the whole process BUYING THE TRUCK. I should I mention I paid over 22 thousand dollars for this vehicle. No issues he said, very clean he said, so sweet right? I test drove it and made it very clear that the transmission was an issue and asked "hey can you please have a look at it, I love the truck I just want to make sure it's all good". I decided to buy it a few days later, and called him saying that I would like to buy it on one condition of making sure that transmission was good to go. I was told they bought it to Heritage Ford in Burlington and had it looked at and they said it was fine only slipped once when it's cold and it'll be okay, yeah well transmissions don't slip. So let's start from the top in saying that I know it's a used vehicle, but a complete transmission failure after driving just over a thousand miles and less then a month of ownership of the vehicle that cost me in total over twenty three thousand dollars, should not just fail. I bought a so called "warranty" thinking it would cover me right?! Wrong. It only covered $5500 worth of repairs and parts etc, it doesn't matter if it costs more then guess what, you're out of pocket. Now prior to this yes the wiper arm assembly seized and they replaced it at no cost to me and with a good part just like they said. So when the transmission went a week later I thought oh they'll cover me or help right? Again nope, they gave me a spiel and every excuse under the sun saying that all these (very reputable) transmission shops are charging me too much this and that. I called 4 separate shops all who specialise in transmission rebuilds and repairs, not a single one could do a replacement or rebuild of a 10 speed transmission for under or at $5500. After explaining that to them, Marin told me his "neighbour" would see if he could do this repair and if his mechanic "wanted to do it" and said he would call back. 2 days later they never call and keep ghosting my phone calls I don't have the patience to deal with this bullshit getting vague answers and lies. They completely turned on the customer (me) and lowen behold they're responsible for something major they want nothing to do it. The transmission in my truck has been completely replaced at my expense after owning the truck for less then a month. I'm so disappointed and frustrated that this is the outcome, the way this has been handled on their end is absolutely unacceptable! I will never recommend them or send anybody there shame on you for everyone else your business has screwed people out of reliable used cars. Absolute scams.

This was a very good experience. Alex and Milan were sincere and amicable and the whole process went incredibly smooth and quick. I stopped one day and test drove the Nissan, came back a few days later and was out of there within an hour (having a trade in and no financing helped). Good and fair prices for their vehicles. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They wouldn't come down on the vehicle price but they did strike the fees from the total which allowed me to stay in budget. Very pleased with the purchase. I drove the SUV no problem for a week and then I couldn't get it to start. Took a jump to get going, looked like a battery issue. I drove to the dealer and he gave me another jump (because it wouldn't start again, lol). And then he gave me a brand new battery for me to put in since it was almost closing time. Really helpful! I would recommend this dealer when you're trying to find some quality used vehicles

Excellent experience!!! Bought my first ever SUV from VTAuto. The front desk answered all of my questions, let me test drive the vehicles with no pressure and the paperwork went smooth! Very thorough and recognized my Navy Federal paperwork to make financing so easy. Explained the process for my titles, taxes, and registration and very pleasant to speak to! I felt very safe and taken care of as a woman and Veteran throughout the entire the process and I highly recommend everyone to go to this dealership! They also work with CARFAX and list their vehicles through there! Cannot beat the prices!!!
