Great experience. Came in for a replacement battery and while Eli was helping us to install it, he realized that the issue was a loose cable, not the battery. He tightened the connection and helped us return the yet uninstalled battery. Very positive and professional service!

Bought a battery for my car here because my car was running on a defective battery that had just been jumpstarted. I arrived around 5pm and learned they couldn't install it for me because one of the staff was at the end of his shift and only one person was available to man the store. But that guy was kind of enough to stay a little longer so they can install the battery for me. I forgot to get his name, unfortunately -- but thank you very much! (Also mistakenly left a review here for AAA. Sorry about that)

We needed a new battery as the current one was completely dead. I called ahead to. make sure that a replacement was available. The call was handled quickly and efficiently. When I showed up at the store, the person I'd talked to quickly located the battery and the to needed to install it in my car. The exchange only took about 10 minutes to complete. The new battery and my alternator function were both tested and then I was on my way. Highly recommend!

Went in to get parts for my car that I needed from over the counter. The woman who was working the counter (by herself) had her adult daughter behind the counter sitting on the floor and two grandchildren (about 2&4) there with her. The sales person was more concerned about her daughter making a Dunkin order that she kept forgetting what vehicle I had or the part I needed. The two grandchildren where running around the store (no shoes) while their mom made the Dunkin order behind the counter and the employee kept yelling (in my face) for her grand kids to stay inside the store, stop screaming, and pulling product off the shelves. What should have been a 10 minute interaction was a little over 30 minutes. I use this store pretty often and this interaction was the worst I have ever experienced here. Every other employee that works at this location has been outstanding. This was on a Sunday morning, and it took me a week to decide to write this.

Insanely good customer service! I had a misfiring cylinder and Michael helped me diagnose the issue (needed a new coil pack) and even stayed after closing to help me fix it. Without his help and generosity, I would have been stuck there with a broken car and no money. The fix was enough to drive me back home (150km, 90 miles). I highly highly recommend them, they're good, honest folks. Big ups to you Michael, you were a godsend.

Every time I go in, the staff are super friendly and helpful, but this time, Michael went above and beyond. I had purchased a battery back in November and it gave out on me just the other day along with an unknown electrical issue. I stopped by to get the battery replaced and the alternator tested and Michael stood out in the rain to swap it out and make sure my car would start. He was able to figure out that it was just my battery cable that needed replacing, saved me a ton of time and money, and helped me figure out how to keep it running until I’m able to get it to the shop. I can’t express how grateful I am for his assistance, knowledge, and excellent attitude.

Next day second sales rep equally gracious when I found the part I intended to replace and returned the (unopened) package. Saturday November second, I was at this establishment at opening time this morning having some car trouble. The woman that was there at this time was absolutely wonderful. She brought a jumper pack out to help me, and even used her own car before we were done to get me on my way. I need two rear struts for my other car, and I will be back at this location just because of this lady, took the time to help somebody out, even though it was 43 degrees outside. Best customer service I have seen in a long time, and at 40 years old, a huge compliment. Thank you so much to this branch for getting us back on the road. This lady needs to be acknowledged, for going above and beyond.

Incredible customer service from Rob and Wil! These two guys were running the store when I dropped off a loaner tool and came to pick up some wipers. Unbelievably friendly, just as knowledgeable, and without a doubt the best Advanced Auto Parts customer service I’ve ever experienced. It matters when you have guys like Rob and Wil who know every inch of their craft, even if it’s just to ask about Trico blades.

Beyond some of the best workers I've ever encountered. Micheal and Sam are the most helpful, most compassionate people I've encountered in any customer service interaction ever. My car had been experiencing battery issues, and Sam went above and beyond to help install a new battery, as well as tighten my terminals, and install a new windshield wiper. Micheal upgraded my battery to a brand new one after coming in and saying the old one had died due to a parasitic draw. He also installed a terminal cutoff to prevent the draw from getting worse free of charge. He was the only one in the store and still made sure to thoroughly fix my problem even in between helping other customers. I haven't had the best experience at autoshops, but these two employees have entirely changed the game. Cannot thank them enough!

So appreciative to Mike for helping our daughter who had her driver's side wiper fly off on way to work this morning at 7am during the ice storm - after working an overnight as a volunteer AEMT with only 3 hours of sleep! She called on way home after 5pm so we looked for a place that may help her on her way home and we're so glad we encountered Mike and staff! They were super quick installing it for her and got her the right wiper for a good price instead of taking advantage of a young lady who isn't familiar with auto parts. Nice that her VERY long 24 hours ended on a high note. THANK YOU SO MUCH! The way customer service SHOULD be :-)
