This is by far and away the best service department at a dealership that I have ever dealt with. They are super professional, very quick with an appointment, and do great work. I have never felt as if I am being taken advantage of - they are very fair. Full disclosure - I did not buy my Mazda from this dealership, but that has never been an issue. Everything about visiting South Burlington Mazda is top notch, and very professional. I bring two cars there for service. I had an appointment for my CX90 last week, and the day before that appointment, my Miata started to lose air in a tire. When I went to pump it up, I could hear the hiss from the valve stem. It needed to be fixed right away because I have no spare tire for that car, and it needed to go to storage as well. Being winter tire changing time, they are booked solid. But they listened to my sob story and squeezed me in that day. It was a quick and cheep fix, which I appreciated so much. I was in there the next morning with my CX90, for a software update, and again they gave me a detailed video of the condition of the car. Next oil change I need break work. Gee, my 95000 mile Miata did better on its video check. Nothing at all is giving them a heads up on that one. I appreciate those videos because you know ahead of time when you need to think about upcoming work.

Shout out to the Service Manager, Kyle Ellis, the General Manager, Chris Olsen, and the service crew at Mazda. It is always a strong sign of leadership when leadership is willing to step in get their hands dirty to support their team. I had a kayaking and camping trip coming up and needed expedited service for my newly purchased vehicle. When I spoke with Kyle and explained my situation, the service department was already fully booked. Despite this, Kyle offered to stay late to ensure my vehicle was taken care of. Even Chris Olsen, the General Manager, personally assisted. Together, they went above and beyond to prepare my car for the road trip. When I later scheduled undercoating, they arranged for my car to be picked up directly from my workplace and provided me with a loaner vehicle. This was not a base model, but their top trim—the Premium Plus. After driving it, I found myself wishing I had chosen the highest trim for my own purchase. A very clever idea. I made sure to show my friends how nice it was and encourage them to get one. Even during the buying process, I had positive interactions. I spoke with one of the technicians and a detailer, both of whom were professional, approachable, and clearly skilled. Let it be known that they do a great job detailing those vehicles over there. Every single one I saw was perfectly spotless every single time. Their attention to detail is immaculate. This has been, without question, the best automotive-related experience I have ever had. It is no surprise they hold a 4.9-star rating. The missing 0.1 stars likely belong to their competitors.

Best dealership to work with. I financed a pre owned certified car and they gave me 3 years of free oil changes and annual inspections. I schedule my appointment during my 1 hour lunch and I was only there for 30 minutes total for an inspection. They are so quick, I love the video they send explaining and showing everything. Extremely transparent. The receptionist are also extremely kind with working with my schedule. 1000% recommended!!
