I oftentimes accompanied my good friends from my hometown near Jay Peak for road trips to Heritage Ford while their vehicle was being serviced, and for scheduled maintenance. I was very impressed with the dealership. Great spirit, communication, bright cheery waiting area. Spotless. When I was spending this past winter near Smugglers Notch my Escape had a check engine light and needed service. Got scheduled right in, kept me informed, then sent me on my way. I’ve been back for scheduled appointments since! Very happy!

The service advisor that was assigned was not very good and dropped the ball on my vehicle he no longer works there. So my truck was sitting for two weeks finally I have a advisor that is really working to get my vehicle fixed but it’s been there since August 4 and it’s now September 18 and the parts were just ordered. As far as the technicians go they seem to do a fine job

My 2017 Fusion was towed in after my brake pedal suddenly started going to the floor. I was still able to stop, but only “eventually,” obviously not safe. I needed to have a vehicle to drive while mine was being repaired, so Amy (maybe Ann 😬) arranged a rental from Hertz for me which was shortly after I arrived with the AAA tow driver and my car. Heritage had let me know they were booking out 3 weeks, so I was shocked to get a call the very next day saying my car was ready. The morning after that I left them my rental and drove off in my safely braking car. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had also washed my car and performed a few other appreciated tweaks. I appreciate the collaboration that made this A+ repair so easy!

Brought my Maverick in for warrantied oil, fluids, and tire. I was greeted immediately, professionally, and pleasantly (and it was before 8:00 am!). My time in the waiting room was hallmarked by very welcoming conversations witha young salesman I'd met when purchasing the truck, the man who sold me the truck, the woman who guided me through financing it, and ol beast-mode himself, Dave MacHavern. Felt more like a family reunion than a trip to the auto dealership. Already looking forward to my next visit!!

Absolutely fantastic service. We got a flat tire coming up to visit family in VT (with two young kids). We called around to more than 25 stores to find tire that would match our vehicle. Finally got connected with Amy and she worked with the Parts department to get one shipped in. The next day, we worked with Autumn and team in the Service center to get squeezed in and were back on the road. Beginning to end, they did what they could help us find the tire and to get us in as fast as possible. Highly recommend to anyone looking for service on their vehicle.

Horrendous. Had an appointment for 10:30. 20 minutes worth of work - a quick tire rotation and swapping out the windshield wipers. Took 2 hours. No updates, no apologies for a delay. Waste of my day. Service advisor told me it was "because they scheduled you when the techs normally take a break". Are you kidding me? Show some respect to your customer's time.

I called to get a new battery under warranty I was asked if I had a part number that didn’t seem like information that I would have access to. I was transferred to parts department where I was given the information and told that me needed this info was in deed not my task to get and then had to call back again. Each time sitting on hold I was told rather then waiting almost 3 weeks they could fit me in Friday morning. When arriving I got told I didn’t had an appt. The person checking me in was not very friendly After getting checked in I asked that while the tech was in reading codes they tell me what an earlier code I had was in case I needed to make another appt for that to be looked at she started to tell me that would be a separate issue and would fall under the possible diagnosis cost I said I fully understand but I’m just asking they read the code and tell me if it’s nothing or needed more info she kept repeating herself so I walked away. My husband reminded me we also have the extended warranty so I asked again if the tech could just tell me the code that we had paid for an extended warranty she began repeating herself again so I walked away again Upon my car being done she came out and got me and told me they also fixed the issue with my AWD which sounded to be a known issue I understand fully you can run a scan test on peoples car just at people request but I was seeing as you were already in it so asking to just have a second code looked at was not a unreasonable ask What ended up happening was what I would have hoped I was there for a larger issue and a small issue was resolved The communication between the service advisor and the customer has got to be improved

Heritage Ford crew members are super nice honest and dont push you to do anything you dont want to do. I was nervous walking into a dealership for my car. They let me know I had 2 recalls and did it ASAP. I also scheduled a second service appointment for my evap leak I had. It didnt cost me as much as I thought it would and they fixed it and now I have no problems and my evap leak is fixed! Highly recommend this dealership they are amazing!!
