I 10/10 recommend Next Generation Automotive for any of your repair needs! I recently had a terrible experience at The Twisted Wrench auto repair shop, so it was extra relieving to find a repair shop with honest, caring, and trustworthy people! My truck had been completely dying randomly and after being told there was "nothing wrong with it" by The Twisted Wrench, I was feeling frustrated. Mike not only listened attentively to the problems I was having with my truck, but he seemed to immediately have an idea of what might be wrong with it. He took me seriously and was incredibly kind the entire time. He & the rest of the team were not only able to figure out that my radio was installed incorrectly and had killed my battery & alternator, but they also replaced everything and rewired the radio all within the same day. Their prices were extremely reasonable and I felt like I was really heard and that my truck was in good, knowledgable hands. They even gave me a loaner car for the day so that I didn't have to spend extra money Ubering back and forth. I will 100% be returning to Next Generation Automotive for all of my auto needs!! Thank you so much for fixing my truck - I really appreciate all of you & your kindness!!

Absolutely fabulous service! Initially we left our vehicle with Swedish Pit where it sat for 3 weeks, and eventually the guy there said he would not work on our car as he was "too busy". So we called Next Generation Auto and had an appointment within 3 days, and they resolved the engine problem in 2 days. Mike, the owner, and Chris and Josh were all great guys. Mike and I talked about parenting, and getting kids involved in mechanical work. If you need work on your car or motorcyle, I highly recommend Next Gen!

Excellent service and job done. Brought my classic, venerable 1989 BMW M5 to this shop. Team diagnosed the problem within few hours and ordered all necessary parts on the same day. When I say highly recommend. I mean highly recommend! I came in after being told my engine is no good. Which was a shocker since I never had issues with my Car. Brought it in Mike and Chris looked it over and scheduled me for their next available that following Monday. Called with great news letting me know nothing was wrong with my engine and gave me an estimate for the work needed!! Absolutely nothing remotely close to my engine being “ no good”. I agreed to the work and my car was done within hours! They have gained a life long customer with my family. They were kind and accommodating and worked a miracle. I could have believed the first thing I heard and scrapped my perfectly fine car. They were amazing and got the job done. A friend of mine recommended them to me and im glad she did. Mike, Tristen, and moose, absolutely killed it, I had taken my car to a shop to have a clutch replaced, got my car back with every light on the dash on and in limp mode, I instantly hit up Mike, he got me in wicked quick, come to find out the shop never put my subframe back in tight or my axel bearing with other obvious issues the other shop caused, moose and Tristen worked hard and got me all fixed up in less than and day at a super reasonable price while keeping close contact with me every step of the way. Not only was Mike able to fit me in the day I called for a last minute winter tire change over (due to cancellation) he also repaired my sons exhaust on his Volvo at a cost 1/2 of what Midas was going to charge. I would leave 10 stars if possible. Mike and his highly qualified team at Next Generation Automotive are incredibly thorough, reasonably priced, professional, transparent and reassuring. I’ve taken my car to Next Generation Automotive 2 times now for unrelated reasons and will continue to in the future. I regularly drive with children in my car that feeling of ease knowing they are in good hands because my car is, is truly the most important thing to me. Some issues arose when working on my vehicle, and things happen. But Mike, Jay, and the rest of the team went to unheard of lengths to make sure I was covered and taken care of. They got me back on the road and did great work. I was treated with respect, and like a friend. Id like to think I am a friend after the experience I had. Great team. Mike Badalyan and his wonderful crew were extremely help in getting me a new vehicle. I brought in a 2014 Subaru Impreza to Mike from a local So. Burl. Auto dealer, for a pre-sale inspection. In my head, I was under the assumption that everything was going to be fine, CarFax looked great, but when we checked out underneath, problems were on the horizon. Completely rusted out, covered with an undercoating, brakes were about to go, 3 rusted out clamps on an exhaust pipe, nothing screamed “Wow!” about this car. So, because of this, Mike decided to help with my situation! He asked what I was looking for in a vehicle. When I explained to him I needed 4WD, trunk space, and something reliable, he offered me a long-time customers’ Jeep Grand Cherokee. Having dealt with a Jeep Cherokee in the past that has put me and my significant other through hell, I was skeptical. But Mike reassured me that this vehicle was going to get at least 3-5 quality years barring I do the regular maintenance it requires. Mike doesn’t sell cars, but he did something wonderful for a long-time customer, and helped me out tremendously as a new one! During a recent road trip, our camper van broke down and we were incredibly lucky to have made it to Next Generation Automotive. I cannot say enough good things about this shop. They took us in an hour before closing and were able to do a diagnostic, taking both my wife and I out to the vehicle to explain and show exactly what was damaged and what needs to be done to repair it. The entire team was extremely accommodating. Mike, our technician, was extremely knowledgeable and had the repairs done quickly. Mike the owner made us feel like a priority. Chris the manager was a great help with things to do in the area while the repairs were made. This shop gave a good price for the services done, knew exactly what they were working on, had good customer experience, got 5 stars from me. Just wish these guys were in my home town so I could use them for the rest of my cars.
