The work on my vehicle was fantastic, it looked and drove like it was brand new! And Erin at the front desk was stellar! She gave me regular updates on my car and the parts and what stage of the process they were at, she was always friendly and courteous, and answered all of my questions. The convenience of being able to to drop off my rental car after hours when I picked up my vehicle was a wonderful surprise as well and made the whole process even smoother. It did take about 2 weeks for my repairs to be done, but some of that was dealing with my insurance as well as waiting for parts to come in, and I was getting regular text updates every couple of days, so that wasn't a surprise. I was also able to text back with questions, and they were answered the same day. I had a great experience with them, and will certainly being coming back if I need any other repairs.

I had a accident and KEY COLLISION was the recommended service shop.I went and had vehicle checked and repairs that were recommended.All in a no pressure atmosphere.They gave me a service date and estimate on repair time and they did the work in about half the estimate time.Car looked brand new when I picked.

Don't bother if you want your car fixed. They don't put your car back together correctly and they leave a mess for you to clean up afterwards. Not happy at all. Can do better.
