Great staff, friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful. We didn't but there only because at the time I didn't know exactly what I was looking for. I wish they would of had the suv I found because I would of gladly bought from them.

These folks treat me well, though I rarely see them because my Toyota is indestructible. They value my time and are efficient, and we're all in on the open secret that my 14-year old van will probably hit 250k with ease.

Drop the truck off, come back and it's ready and fixed correctly. They've helped me find the wiring for trailer brakes for no charge. Great bunch of guys and gals.

The salesman was very friendly and I left owning a new to me Prius for the amount I was willing to spend. I do not believe in giving 5 stars. There is always room for improvement even if I don't know what that could be.

Had some mixed experiences with heritage ford service department. I had a really tough time getting the service department to call me back. A woman named Paula promised me more than once to look into something but I never would hear from her. This happened 3 times. When I called back for a forth time I finally got someone who helped me. His name was mike and he was very helpful and accountable when it came to getting back in touch with me. He gave me his personal cell number and stayed in touch with me throughout the process. Mike is the reason I will continue to do business with heritage. Ask for mike..

Buying and service is a pleasant experience. Everyone from reception to service and mechanics are all very courteous and knowledgeable. I drive 80 minutes and skip a much closer dealer to come here.

Very pleased with our experience at Heritage Toyota! Our salesman Tek was amazing! There was no pressure at all which we loved. Probably one of the easiest sales I have experienced from any dealership. Thank you so much and will be back for another purchase in the near future! Ask for Tek, you won’t be disappointed! -Chris and Ali

Staff has very little knowledge about cars and lies about car stats/data. While looking to buy a Tacoma, the salesman drove the truck more than I did. No clue why It would ever be okay for them to drive the car while I sit in the passenger seat. He drove us to the larger lot where more cars were kept, he lost his cell phone then accused me of stealing it as we were pulling back into the main dealer lot. Then drove back to the other lot even after I told him I needed to leave and didn't have time. He found his cell phone back at the larger parking lot and never apologized. Completely unprofessional. Went in another time to help a relative buy a vehicle and worked with a different salesman. They were nicer but also did not know much about the car other than looking at the window sticker. Prices were higher than Toyota dealers in St. Albans and Barre/Montpelier. I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

I always get maintenance here. And am satisfied with the work. A star off for masking wearing. None of the sales persons but one had masks on even though the sales section is open to the waiting room and there's a mask requirement poster on the door. I found out after being in the waiting room for 2 hours that the building had 9 people out with Covid that day. The repair desk and mechanics had masks on but not the sales folks even though they share the same building, bathrooms and CV offer)snack area.

Very disappointed with the last inspection appointment. I feel taken advantage of as I didn't drive much during the pandemic and accumulated surface rust on my brakes. And instead of surfacing the brakes, claimed I needed all new brakes front and back for over $1070. And they don't feel any different. I work for an University and I will tell everyone to not go here. Definitely will not return.

The Service Dept. Needed to have my car key fob replaced. Very quick service set ups even on the coldest of days. Friendly Service staff. Offer of rides on the courtesy transportation. A nice waiting area with coffee for consideration using a Kerig. Hot chocolate is available. Comfortable seating in the waiting area and large screen TV. It can however be busy. Many people here for inspection, others say aloud they will head to other places in the future. I am disaapointed that my situation seems small as I need a new key fab, but has not initially started the process of review and there are lots of people it seems is ahead of me.

We have always enjoyed the service at Toyota. The first guy we bought one vehicle and leased one car from was great and was laid back and not trying to forcibly sell the car to us either time. The lady we bought our recent car from was the same so we've decided to stay with Toyota. It is nice they have a little play area for kids and coffee.

Stupid me, I didn't realize that my car's state inspection was about to expire in a couple days. In a panic, I dropped my car off without an appointment that morning before it was due and they were able to look at it the very next day. The service writer called me the next day and explained that my steering rack was bad and would not pass inspection. He gave me a quote and explained that the part was $500 but the job itself would be very labor intensive because my Chrysler had a poor design that usually did not come apart easily and would probably need some welding to shore it up. He told me it would probably take them at least a week to get the parts in stock and then have time to work on it. I agreed and less than 72 hours later, they were able to get the parts and fix it, way quicker than they estimated. The repairs also were a tiny bit cheaper too than he had estimated because mine had come apart a bit easier than usual. The car has never been better and I have a new inspection. Of course next year, I will endeavor to make an appointment for inspection well ahead of time to allow for such unexpected repairs , but even without making an appointment, and with an unforeseen repair, they still got me my car back in a much timelier manner than I ever would have expected. I have to say that their service department are like miracle workers for taking care of me and returning my car much safer condition than I had brought it in.

Very pleasant to deal with. I also love that they allowed me to bring both of my dogs with me for my appointment. Even though it wasn't necessary they provided water and treats for my dogs. I'll definitely be using them again.

We bought our 2015 Tacoma from Heritage and have them service said truck. The staff at heritage is great, we bought from Alex, who works with us to get us into the right truck! He’s awesome. We also work with Dana in service and she is awesome too. I personally know a few of the service techs and they are great people, decent hockey players. I would absolutely check them out if you are in the market for a new car or truck.

I bought a vehicle here in 2013. Have had it serviced here ever since. Quality of service was really good up until 2020. Service post-pandemic has been subpar. The work has been fine, communication while my car is there is non existent.

I bought a new Bronco less than a month ago. Two weeks ago I had an engine sensor go off. Called service and was told I couldn’t get in for two weeks and it was safe to drive. Had to park it this past Tuesday as the same sensor went off and the additional check engine sensor went off and it lost power. It was towed to the dealership on Wednesday and I’m being told they will most likely not look at it until the original service appointment which is 5 days from now. I am very disappointed with the customer service as my husband and I have called repeatedly since it was towed and no one has given us a definitive answer. It was not until 4:45 this afternoon that I finally got someone from Service to give me the bad news that they have not looked at it yet and most likely won’t look at it until next Wednesday. I have never had an experience with a service department that communicates so poorly. Also, how are they not able to look at it when it is sitting on the lot? I find it tough to believe they can’t fit it in to even run a diagnostic. It’s a brand new vehicle less than a month old. I can’t decide if this is a reflection of Ford in general or the dealership as I am a first time Ford owner.
