Service center does not answer phone or return calls. Sent car in for diagnostic on traction battery issues. Car was there for a month and was given no updates on when it would be looked at. I picked up my car and don't plan on coming back.

I purchased a used car from this establishment which was a Volkswagen Passat and while I was hesitant to by a VW from a Nissan dealership, I was very well taken car of. The car was in great shape and I got a great deal on it to! I am a returning customer for oil changes and even state inspections rather than going somewhere else because at this dealership all my needs are met. I was waiting for my car to be fixed and they offered to drive me to a destination if I would have preferred. Very friendly staff all around and always super helpful

The service center has always given exceptional service! I have been going here for years. Jeremy and Dan make sure all go smoothly for me while my car is in for service and they are so easy and pleasant to work with. Today the car service was already done for the day but I needed a ride. Dan moved things around and made the ride happen. Car is fixed and couldn’t be happier with Nissan of South Burlington. 100% would recommend!

Promised to fix things wrong with it when I purchased the car, then never did. Tire light came on 10 miles down the road after purchase. Our own mechanic said they broke something in the tire when they put them on. Ignored my voicemails to them. When a part broke, the warranty place wanted Freedom Nisson to look at it since I purchased it there. Big mistake. They charged me $170 just to look at it. They misdiagnosed the repair problems so the warranty didnt cover it. They wanted to charge us $1100 to fix a $100 repair. They also wanted to charge us to fix the tire problem that they created. I wasnt going to leave a review, but since they screwed me over twice and wont stop bugging me to leave a review, well heres your review. A very dishonest sale place and dishonest repair place. We Will never buy or have any car repaired here.

I purchased my Volkswagen with freedom. When it was time for my daughter to buy her own car we went back. They were able to get her the car she wanted! They answered every question she had. I bought a car from these guys to use as a delivery vehicle in October 2023 and have put well over 50,000 miles on it so far, I've come back to the service department for the maintenance and repairs ever since. I will honestly never go anywhere else, I have had a few emergency repairs needed and the service department team has always done everything in their power to get my car in as quickly as possible and back out on the road. I also bring my 2021 GMC sierra to them for repairs because of the top notch quality of the service they provide. They stand behind the cars they sell and the repairs they make. Prices are very reasonable for a dealership! The respect and dedication i have received as a freedom nissan customer is phenomenal and unmatched from any other place i have dealt with, Jeremy, Dan, and Ethan rock! Always working their magic to give you the best customer experience possible. I highly recommend freedom nissan of southburlington! Thanks for everything you guys do!!
