My husband and I are a young newly married couple and pretty new to the area too. When our car started making a weird noise, we had no idea where to take it to get fixed since we have minimal experience with that kind of thing. We went to auto camp off of a recommendation of a friend and were very impressed and happy with their service. We were going away for the weekend and they allowed us to leave the car there until we got back and in the mean time called us with the problem and asked before doing work. They told us the price and when we asked questions to make sure they weren't taking advantage of us by doing unnecessary things, they walked us through the whole process giving us peace of mind before agreeing. We were very happy with their service and felt they were fair and priced reasonably. They even texted us a few days later to make sure our car was doing good. We will definitely use them again and refer people to them. A big thank you to the team at auto camp for being kind, fair and helpful to us!

I highly recommend this body shop. We had a piece hanging off of our car while on a family vacation and they took care of the issue quickly and efficiently. I took my car for an inspection and oil change. The customer service here is refreshing, as you walk in, everyone is greeted with a smile and a hello. Unfortunately, as I was waiting, Jonah informed me, that my registration was out of date to my surprise. The new owner (Jamie) took it upon herself, to help me out, by going on the PennDot website and finding my information that I gave her on my car. She was then able to tell me when it expired and navigate to where it showed what was due. This then allowed me to pay for my registration for my car right there without the mechanics having to stop work or even missing a beat! In my opinion, this is exceptional, above and beyond customer service, from a company that takes pride in their workmanship that you can trust with your life!

Absolutely top notch customer service. They clearly explain the services they perform and recommend while not trying to unnecessarily upsell you. My wife and I are lifetime members and will not go anywhere else for our vehicle needs. They even got a dent out of my wife's bumper during an inspection and didn't mention it or charge us. We noticed a day or two later. Just taking care of their customers. Added bonus - I usually wait when I take our vehicles in and love their chocolate lab pup that greets everyone.

AutoCamp has just secured a repeat customer! My car had a flat tire and AAA showed them as one of the closest garages to take our vehicle. From start to finish, they were a breath of fresh air. Having never been there before and discovering my flat tire late Sunday evening, I sent a message through their website letting them know my car had been dropped off and that I didn’t have an appointment. I planned to call in the morning to officially schedule an appointment, but there was no need as Jamie called me first thing saying she got my message and had already taken a look at my car. Jamie was an absolute delight to talk to, so friendly and kind. AutoCamp had my tire repaired within the day and for such a fair and reasonable price. I look forward to bringing my vehicles here in the future!

Not being from the Harrisburg area makes it difficult to find a reliable garage to go when I’m not at home. But, I’m thrilled I found this place. I needed a new tire (soon to be 2) and they got me in and out fairly quick, even at last minute. When I needed to return the next day for some other work that I had been procrastinating on, they drove me to work with a smile and nice conversation. This place is so friendly, courteous and professional. I highly recommend it. Steve and team are phenomenal. Price was so reasonable and service was quick. My car is so quiet now, makes my commute so much better.

I had an appointment to fix my tire pressure. My tire was maintaining a pressure of 22 PSI, and I had added air just a week ago. They found a small nail in the tire and said it couldn’t be repaired. Without informing me, they replaced it with a donut tire (for which they charged me a price much higher than other stores offer) and then contacted me, stating that I would have to wait until they found the right tire. This is the last place you’d want to take your vehicle for repairs.

I wanted to share that the owner claimed I had a code of a bad transmission and needed it replaced asap. I told him the transmission was not giving me any issues at all. He used scare tactics of being broken down on the side of the road before you know it and for my family's safety I should get it replaced. I told him I would chance it and never returned to his sketchy shop. I'm happy to report that 8 years and additional 135,000 miles later my vehicle still has the same transmission and is working just fine. Avoid this place. The owner is a scam artist.

This was my first time at Autocamp, and I will definitely return. My state inspection was completed quickly, and pricing was very fair. Everyone was very friendly, and I felt like I had been going there for years. There is a nice waiting area with Wi-Fi and coffee to boot!

Was referred there through AAA after I paid additional for same-day service to be told by this shop that it would be about 10 days until I could get one single tire replaced after a blow out. Had I not called them before the car was towed there, I would’ve been SOL. I get it’s only a three Mechanic shop, however if they cannot handle the added volume from AAA, do not be in a partnership with them would be my suggestion
