I had a really great experience at this meineke location. I brought my 2016 road in for service, she needed new brakes and there was a grinding sound in my rear. Unlike my previous dealership location I was visiting, they did a full check of my entire car and I really liked the process I went through. They communicated very well through each step, and when it came for the finances, they helped me out and had plenty of options available to allow me to get my car fixed up properly for inspection. The workers were knowledgeable, kind and when I had questions they were more than happy to help me figure it out and answer them for me! Fantastic team in Camp Hill here. Would recommend to anyone looking for a genuine car shop with excellent customer service.

I have used Meineke for all my car service for years!! I recently brought in a car I purchased last Feb. They found out everything the dealer had done (certified used car) and exactly what it needed now. They even sent me home in a Uber so I didn't have to sit at the garage for hours. Jeff, the manager, was so thorough and detailed. We towed the vehicle in with an electrical issue and he gave me detailed reports of his technicians diagnostic report. The pricing was more than fair for the repairs. He gave me different options to fix it, and even offered financing which I will def use for repairs in the future! Top notch service! They were very transparent with the inspection and broke down everything that my vehicle needed for repairs including pictures of the vehicle issues. I went in for my cars state inspection and spoke with Jeff. He didn't push any services except those which failed inspection. Correcting the issue would result in work related transportation issues. Jeff was very kind to offer taking the price of an Uber off of my total. He said he wanted to do what he could to keep me as a customer. Probably the worst experience I had for vehicle service. I needed lights, brakes/rotors and new tires done plus my inspection. I told them I try to fix my lights and if they got it to work, then do the inspection. I was texted at 7am Saturday to them saying my car was going to fail for control arm bushings. When I looked at the picture, it was normal wear. Definitely not broken which is the only way it could fail (I looked it up). When I went to go get my car I was charged over the amount they told me it would be if I got everything done. For tires, brakes and rotors it was $2200. I feel like I was robbed. The paperwork said I declined a whole bunch of extra work they never said anything to me about. Never going here again

We had an appointment at another Meineke to get windshield wipers replaced. We got a call from the store in the morning that their mechanics were sick, but this location would be able to fit us in. I called this location and despite having a packed schedule, they were able to change the wipers. They did it quickly and efficiently, despite being really busy. This experience makes me want to return in the future (even though it’s not the closest location). They went out of their way to accommodate me and take care of my car. They also have a sign on the door that it is veteran owned. I come from a family of veterans and am happy to support a veteran. I will definitely return and will recommend. I really appreciate their customer service and them helping me out!
