I purchased the car from Wayne…. I felt very comfortable with him and de did as I asked… not to bother me unless it was for a car that I was specifically looking for. Very professional and knowledgeable Scott was so reassuring Very nice and cool guy…. Wayne was too!! Vincent in the parts department certainly knows his stuff!!! Seems like a great person. The kiosks were not working. It took about 2 hrs for a simple oil change. Long waits for checkout even when the job was done Job was done well this time. The place was clean. They had good spacious wait room, coffee, water and restrooms

The service people were great. Unfortunately it took a little over 2 hours for a routine oil change and check up. My biggest complaint is the fact that the service waiting area was absolutely FREEZING!! Everyone that was in the waiting area was complaining and walking outside to warm up!! This is an issue that needs to be addressed ASAP. Thanks

Battery had died twice in previous week. AAA had tested and found bad battery (in 2 minutes). Took two hours for them to check us in, check the cr (initially said battery fine might be computer) and finally decide it was the battery and replace it. Very nice waiting area, very pleasant people, but should not take 2 hours.

What a great experience! I must say that Brian went above and beyond for me! I had a problem with the phone sync on my car, and he sat with me and did some troubleshooting and fixed the problem. He was very polite and professional! A great employee! The detail done on my Rav 4 was amazing and worth the money!!!

Great customer service, every representative here has always been honest and pleasant! The waiting area is also great, very open and plenty of seating (comfy sofa chairs, 4 person tables and charging station for electronics/laptops) 2 tvs and free coffee with a snack vending machine.

I have been a customer of Toyota Tewksbury since 2018, but I believe this will be my last visit to their service center. While I appreciate the excellent customer service provided by David Joyce and Tiffany Salcito over the years, I have noticed that Toyota takes advantage of people, especially women who are not knowledgeable about pricing and car repairs. This results in inflated prices and parts charges. Due to this unethical practice, I have decided to take my car to local mechanics who are honest and reliable. It is disappointing to experience such behavior from a company that I previously trusted.

This service center does alot to make it easy to get your car serviced or repaired. I had no problem arriving without an appointment, and that staff were super friendly and professional. Nate, one of the service representatives, really takes his job seriously. The shuttle drivers were awesome. I was able to get my car fixed and transportation arranged all in the span of 24-hours. My car needed some extra TLC.

I took my car in because it was due for inspection and needed the side view mirror replaced on the passenger side. After they replaced my mirror my passenger door no longer opens from the inside. They claim they had nothing to do with this. They are lying. They told me the mirror is replaced without removing the door panel and I watched 4 YouTube videos where the whole panel was removed to access the wiring of the mirror. Yes it is possible to reach in there by prying the panel halfway up but this does not prove that their technician did it this way. I've come here a handful of times and it always ends in a huge bill for services they claim I need. I no longer trust them. Unless they admit fault on this and fix it for free I will never come back. Also their waiting room is freezing cold. Update: they said there was a cable disconnected and they did fix it without charging me. I'm still very angry this happened and the manager who insisted they couldn't have done anything wrong should have come to apologize to me personally. I gave one star back because they fixed it but I'm still very dissatisfied with this service.

I recently went here for oil change. They tried to sell me some services that were really not needed. i.e. Wheel alignment. They tried to convince me that I must need it to pass next inspection. I had a strong doubt as I did wheel alignment less than a year ago and there was no sign of lack of alignment this time. So, I declined it. To be sure about my doubt, I went to another place and got a machine report on my alignment. It all Passed and no alignment was needed. I have the report. I understand that dealers would recommend some services as needed. However, they should also be honest.

Edit: September 5th. I have left two voicemails for the Managing Director, as requested, on Monda and Saturday, a week later. It’s the middle of Monday and I’ve not been called back. AutoFair sold us a RAV4 Prime. Glad we found it there, but it feels like they were not really “trying” for our business. Just because they were lucky enough to get the allotment, it was just “easy mode” for them. Had it on hand and in stock for a week, yet it wasn’t fully charged to give us the best chance to review or enjoy it properly when driven off the lot. Charged a market “adjustment” that would have easily covered said charge, many times over. Didn’t bother to actually care for the customer. Customer had to ASK for the accessory pack that was foisted upon us without choice, for 3 USB cables to charge $70, and then not even have them in the car at pickup time? Missing a Center storage bin shelf. Didn’t actually include a leather bound Toyota manual book cover. Just felt like they “had our business” and never had to fight for it. Perhaps this is post-pandemic car buying, but it’s not left a good taste. The final bad taste was that we explicitly asked that they NOT put their dealership sticker on the car. THREE TIMES. When we ended up collecting the car, it was on there. Cassandra the business/finance person was easy to deal with, and managed our different payment process with maturity and politeness. Salesperson Jose was amazingly human and decent, but it makes us wonder who was dropping the ball on these details though.

I feel like I was overcharged. I was charged almost $200 to replace brake fluid, which is more than I have ever paid for that. Lesson learnt on my part. They also said I had a tire puncture that could not be repaired. They wanted me to buy four new tires. They quoted some options; the cheapest was $1100. I quoted the same services from the Town Fair Tire website at $600, so I obviously declined. But then at the end, they gave me a multi-point inspection report that said tires were fine and had no damage. Clearly a mistake, but really? I also knew going in that I have low tire tread and low brake pads. I am planning to get that addressed elsewhere, but I figured they would flag it in the multi-point inspection. Yet, they somehow missed it, so I have some doubts about the overall quality of the inspection. Update: I revised rating from 2 stars to 1 star. I took car elsewhere the next day. The other place found another nail in a different tire that Autofair Toyota missed. Really strong doubts about the inspection quality.

Stay far away. They literally charged me $3600 for labor when my car was there for all of 24 hours (including overnight). There is no justification at all to charging people that much. Do yourself a favor and find a local independent garage and stay far away from this place.
