I went to them recently for an inspection and went back for repairs related to the inspection and extremely glad that I did. I've been a customer of Simon's for years, and have had all manner of maintenance from simple oil changes to more complex issues like timing belt and brake replacement. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. Prices are fair. Office is always clean. Highly recommend Simon's Service Center in Tyngsboro.

Everyone wants to find that one place to take care of their vehicle needs. Simon's is it. I brought in a vehicle that had been sitting for some time for an oil change. During the course of their inspection they discovered other issues. Rather than do the work and charge me for it, they took the time to explain what they found and give me the option for the other services. In addition, I just had a significant fault fixed on another vehicle. Before doing the work Simon explained the nature of the fault (known issue on this model engine across numerous vehicle lines, and even showed me his work register indicating all the other vehicles he's had to work on for the exact same reason). He didn't try to upsell me or tack on anything unnecessary - it was totally up to me. He's very honest, the work is complete and timely, and their prices are more than fair. I'll gladly recommend Simon's to people I know.

Simon is the best! I was driving to Vermont and my tire went flat. I got to Simon’s and he took fantastic care of us. Found a replacement tire at an extremely fair price and got us back on the road within an hour. Simon is extremely honest and really cares about his customers. I highly recommend bringing your cars to him for service.

I love this place! I stopped in here one day on an impulse because I needed an oil change and didn't want to drop it off at my usual mechanic, arrange for a ride to work and then back later to pick it up, etc. Simon's was quick and efficient and I've been back about half a dozen times since with all of my vehicles. Last time they found something more serious and I agreed to have them do the work, and the manager offered me a temporary car to use for a few hours so I could go back to work. Amazing to find service like that these days!

Only reason i don't take my car to Simon anymore is because i moved out of State. Been going to Simon a few years now. Great guy! He has always come in under others. Estimates. He does what he says he is gonna do. Gave me a great price on major services and my 2011 ford ran like a champ all the way to Texas. Thank you Simon we will miss you

I have had very positives experiences at Simon's Service Center. I came here twice initially when my air pressure was low in my tire. They filled it for me at no charge...even though I was not a customer. I didn't even have to step out of my van. So I kept them in mind when I needed an oil change. I've been twice now and enjoy their service. They have a nice, clean waiting area with a coffee station. If you're lucky, you'll get a greeting while you wait from their dog, Nalya. My van is now due to change the timing belt, and I'll be heading back for that work to be done. The owner is very nice, and I feel a level of honesty there that sometimes you don't get at auto shops. I don't live in Tyngsboro, but I'll continue to make the drive to Simon's for future service!

Very honest great service. My camper broke down about a mile away from Simon's. I had never done business with them prior, they found me a reasonably priced tow truck that could move my RV. Got me up and running quick. I couldn't afford to replace the alternator but had to get back to the Berkshires, Simon told me I could make it if I just bought an extra battery in case the one I had died. He did not try to take advantage of me and charged me a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

I am new to the area and needed a 40k mile service for my car. I looked for a service shop in the area and found Simon's online which appeared to have many happy customers. I called, got an appointment quickly and took it in this week. At check-in, they spent time to determine what I didn't really need to have done and seemed to seriously be looking for ways to save me money. I was in and out within the time and cost estimated. Later that day, I returned having found a slow leak in one tire due to an embedded nail. They quickly fixed it at no charge and I was back on the road. I was asked to send them recent service records so they could review what had been done and what I might want to have done during my next visit in 6k miles, which I did. They were very friendly and helpful throughout and I plan to continue getting my car serviced there.

This week my van broke down two hours from my house. Fortunately, I made it to Simon's. The owner said he could fix the car the next day....after trying three different rental car agencies he told me to hang up and he gave me his personal vehicle to drive home! He texted later that night to make sure all was good and he kept mr in the loop the next day about what they were doing to my van. The work done was great and the price was very fair. My only complaint is that Simon's isn't local to me.

Had a tire blow out on my camper, I was on 495 south just before this route 38 exit. I was able to get the damaged tire off, however my bottle jack would not lift the camper high enough off the ground for the new tire! I limped the camper off the Highway and into Simon's garage, He was kind enough to let me use one of his floor jacks to install my spare tire.. Simon's refused any form of payment.. Thank you very much!

I came in for a routine inspection and the waiting area is super clean and welcoming. The AC was just right and it looked like they had some refreshments out for customers. The sweet shop dog is a nice sight to see too (she kept to herself and just hung out. Did not want to come over to say hi, unfortunately!). I will definitely come back for service when I need it!

I needed to switch tires from my wife’s car to my car. I was on a time crunch and Simon’s immediately took the job and had it done in less than 2 hours. Great service by Simon and his son. I've been taking my cars to Simon's for years. Simon is loyal to his customers and goes above and beyond to accommodate you. He has helped me in a pinch with a loaner car or squeezed me in when his schedule was tight. I drive a Chevy, and there is a dealership literally next door to Simon's.
