The most honest auto repair shop in Houston by far! My friend sent me here and that is exactly what she said: “if you want an honest car repair spot, this is the one” and she wasn’t lying. If I could give this place 100 stars, I would. Its always so intimidating as a woman to take your car to any auto repair shop but not this place. The owner is an incredibly honest man and I’ll be forever grateful to him! Please, don’t hesitate to bring your car here.

I absolutely love this place. I've been taking my car here for almost 2 years now, and I have to say -- Jurg and Allen do a great job. They definitely know their stuff. I took my car to a different shop when I first moved to Houston, and I knew (I just knew!) I was being ripped off (not to mention the other shop was very rude). But then I found the Autohouse and I brought it to Allen after reading some really great reviews. These guys are honest, fair, extremely patient and nice (and took the time to explain everything in detail to me). Because of them, I've been able to keep my (almost) 10-year-old Volvo running strong at nearly 150,000 miles! I haven't been back in a while simply because I recently bought a new car and haven't had the need. But when that time comes, I will be happy to bring it back into them. I highly recommend these guys.

Very honest and professional with fair pricing. I have been a customer for little over a year and half now and would definitely recommend these guys to anyone. In fact, I made a decision to even take my non European vehicles here for repair as well. It is always difficult to find an honest mechanic so I especially appreciate the honesty aspect of the relationship here.

Allen was very honest and helpful starting from the first call to talk through my battery replacement and emissions system warning all the way through adapting to a different battery type than was expected and giving me revised quotes. The mechanic servicing my car also gave me helpful guidance on which battery to use to ensure I wouldn’t hit issues down the road. Rates were fair and Allen communicated well on needing a little more time to fit me in due to being shorthanded the day I wanted to drop off my car which was great because I’d rather know the true timeline than being told an aspirational goal that won’t be met. First experience with Autohaus was great and will be happy to bring my BMW back for service in the future.

Amazing people, could not be happier.  One of their technicians, Abd, is a great man.  Let me paint a picture. My wife and I are in Houston for the weekend from Dallas driving my AMG E63s.  We get to town, 4pm on a Friday (the 13th maybe I should have figured it was a bad omen).  We park at Specs to get provisions for the weekend, come out and start the car, and it will not shift into drive or reverse.  I called and talked with them, no way could I get it there before they close at 6p.  I was told I could drop it in the lot and put my key key fob in the key drop and they would look at it in the morning.  Bear in mind, we are in town for the ballet, and have to be home Sunday for our son, the work week, etc. They open at 830 Saturday, I planned on getting there to speak with the team fill them in on the issue, and plead to have it repaired because staying past Sunday was not an option.   I come around the corner in my rental at 832 and see Abd already in the vehicle with his scanner to see what is going on.  We spoke for a few minutes and I got checked in, and left him to work.  Abd  called about 45 minutes later to let me know the issue, a steering column sensor, but wasn't having luck finding the part, but would continue to look a couple other places and would call me back in an hour.  An hour later Abd called me back, no luck on the part, they were 2 business days out at best. But, Abd said he was able to reflash the module to clear the error that was keeping it from shifting and the car was drivable, but not likely a long term solution, however it should be good enough to make it home if we don't make a bunch of stops.  This was Saturday, and we weren't leaving until Sunday, and not wanting to risk driving it and valet at the hotel, potentially risking the error tripping again, causing me to tow it again, they let me keep the car in their lot overnight so I could grab it on my way out of town Sunday morning.  And if by some chance it errored again I would at least have the car in their lot, and would just need to make other arrangements to get home and return to get the car once the repair was done. Thankfully I was able to get it in drive, made it home to Dallas, and will continue the repair at my local Euro shop.  I wish I could have had the repair completed at Autohouse of Switzerland because they certainly earned the business, but timing and parts didn't work out.  They did me a great service allowing a stressful situation not derail our weekend, and got us home safe. Abd, thank you so much, you are a great man.

I've been going to Autohouse of Switzerland for over 15 years now. While the original owner, Jurgen is not there any longer, the service they provide is still reliable and competitively priced. The original service advisor Allan is till there, which helps the continuity of the trusted auto care they always provided. Special shoutout to the friendly mechanic, who worked on my and my husband's cars in the past, but whose name I unfortunately don't know - he fixed my jammed trunk partition this morning in no time and no charge (and Greenway Mercedes wanted to charge me $270 and take couple of days for this)! I recommend them to all my friends with European cars!

It is difficult to find a shop that understands older Mercedes automobiles. I own a 1985 300SD that I would like to keep in perfect condition forever. Autohouse, its owner and staff are: 1.) Quick and accurate to diagnose any issue 2.) Quick to repair with quality parts 3.) Fair on labor and parts prices 4.) Clean, neat and careful with my car 5.) Responsive to me as an owner AND, exceeded my expectations. I believe it is difficult to ask for, or receive more.
