📌Josh & JR crew on Eastman Road Longview, Tx didn’t do a good job on my transmission after spending over 7K..replacing a New Transmission in my 2017 Tahoe Premier! Its stuttering, and Not driving as it should with a Brand New Transmission they Ordered, and Put in! I will show proof of paperwork of the 7K I spent out soon❗️Now I have to take it back Again because of the Constant stuttering to Replace that Transmission! I’m tired of dealing with the stuttering Period an I shouldn’t have too! Something isn’t right an I should have took it to the Chevy house instead of Super Automotive on Eastman Road. SMH I Never had an issue at the Chevy dealership, seem to me now I should have waited until they could have got my truck in instead of going with Super Automotive on Eastman Road.

While on my way back home with my 1year old grandson, my car started breaking down. Thankfully, I was close to Automotive Super Center #2 and was able to get my car there. When I pulled in, there was a great deal of smoke or steam coming from under my hood. Technicians hurried out to assist me. The serpentine belt was shredded, so there was no way I could go any further. I was told how much the diagnostic test would cost and they would let me know what all might be needed to be done. The next day I received a text with a receipt of the cost of possible repairs. Due to being retired on a fix income, I had to tell them I had to find someone else to do the repairs. I made a post on a local Facebook group, asking for suggestions,. Later that night I received a call from Josh, the wonderful assistant manager. He informed me the manager had seen my post and they were going to waive the diagnostic fee, as well as the cost of a hose they had already put on. I was so thrilled. The next day I was informed by the amazing manager they were going to do the repairs, free of charge. I am so overwhelmed by their kindness and generosity. In no way were they obligated to help me, but they went way beyond what was necessary. I cannot say how much I appreciate them and will continue to sing their praises. God sent me to the right place when he directed me there. They are the absolute best.

Stop wasting your time scouting elsewhere for the right mechanic shop. This is the one. These guys are quick, upfront, and solution driven. They will find what's wrong quickly and get you a fare ,warranted solution to your special roadster, suv or pickup. You can't make it in Texas without your vehicle, and if you're like me , I'm investing into only one car for longevity, they know how to help me with that. Plus, I have a euro car and trust when I say it's hard to find anyone in this city who can work on them.

These guys are my heroes. My car flipped out in the middle of the road right in front of their place. They came right out to check on me and offer assistance. They moved my car out of the road, and checked to see why all the lights suddenly started going off. They ended up finding the issue, and I was able to get it fixed. They guys here are so kind, I dont know what I would have done without them that day.

Those guys are awesome! Our truck broke down on the way back from Galveston, the transmission went out. Josh Dyar got our truck in as soon as I got a transmission. It was in and out of the shop in 3 days. He kept me updated and informed on the aspects of the repair! I would not hesitate to go back there and highly recommend them to anyone needing car repairs, tires or any other vehicle repairs. 5 stars for sure!!!

I always heard good things about this place and my roommate even had tires put on their and was great. However the first time I took my car to them for the ac to be fixed I had a problem with the guy not tightening up my tensioner and my secondary belt broke. I took it back up and they charged me to fix their mess up. I was given a discount but I shouldn't of had to pay anything for their mistake. Fast forward about 6 months and I take my car to them for a repair on my gas line. They also did a diagnostic on it. They call me with over $8,000 worth of repairs. I told them I only wanted my gas line fixed. They fix it then call me trying to discuss financing as if that was the only reason I didn't want to get all the things they said needed repaired done. I refused anything further. The guy tells me my ac line is broke too and my compressor is going to go out. Again I refuse the extra repairs.I pick up my car and the interior panel isn't even put on. That makes me Inspect my car further. I find under the hood they have cracked and broke my motor cover and the seal around my oil where the cap screws in is all loose and looks like it's not sealed anymore. Then I get into my car and they have broke another part of my dash around my gauges and didn't even try to snap it back in. Then I start my car and go to take off and my car feels like it has been wrecked. I immediately call them and let them know the issue. The guy explains that when he did the diagnostic and checked my power steering air must of got in the system but I refused the repair. Im thinking " Are you freaking serious?" You tear my car up doing your diagnostic and then blame me for refusing to have it fixed? I didnt drop it off in that condition! I have someone else look at it and they say whoever did the diagnostic tore my car apart and didnt fix anything they tore into. I was furious. I look into what I can do about it and their warranty only covers the part they fix. Well my gas line was fixed. But all the extra stuff he did during his diagnostic was just my new problem. I spoke to someone about what I could do legally and they said small claims court. I through in the towel. The people who work their are super friendly and don't seem like crooks or bad people but I got done dirty by whoever worked on my car. Maybe they didnt know foreign cars and had a lot of problems. whatever the issue I hope that someone does that to your car too one day. You alone made that company give me a bad taste in my mouth and I'll gladly forget you when someone asks my opinion on where to take their car. One bad apple spoils the whole bunch.
