My husband and I had a very pleasant experience today. Hudson spent hours with us going over all our options and got us in exactly the kind of car we were looking for and right in our budget! He was very attentive and sweet. The dealership has amazing warranty coverage and the cars are so nice!!! Really glad I saw their promo on FB!! π©·π©·π©·π©·π©·

Not a professional looking staff. It took us all afternoon to buy a car. We were kept waiting for several hours. Could not get a detailed work sheet. We were charged for options that were not included. Charged $1,613.00 for a market adjustment???

It would have been good to know that the parts department closes at 1 on Saturday and no one else available to help. This place seems to be as dependable as their vehicles.

My 20 year old daughter was taking advantage of. They ran my credit to over 15 banks when she only requested to hit 10. The new finance manager Mr. Ed Luster called me a liar stating β they did not submit to any banks, we just pulled your credit β. I had to email him proof, then he places me on hold after yelling to the other finance Manager β Hey DJ I have the lovely Miss Mason on the phone β, transferred me and no one picked up. I was in Sales for 5 years and heβs one of worst and most disrespectful person I have had the pleasure of speaking to. As a Financial Advisor your first job is customer service and he failed horribly and did not seem to care. I would not recommend anyone to this dealership because itβs not about customer satisfaction, itβs about trying to get a sale by any means.

Never EVER trust this place, terrible service, untrained techs. Had my car there for 10 days before they even touched it, did a recall i didn't even ask for totally unrelated to my issues. left my car in an external parking lot it got filthy with red dirt and slung mud all up the side of my car. I went in for a noise complaint and they "diagnosed" quoted me an ASTRONIMCAL price, so I went and got it done somewhere else where I know the techs are trained and have a little common sense so I replaced said parts and it was misdiagnosed so now I'm stuck with a $200 diag fee and $400 for parts and labor for something that didn't even fix the noise all in all no communication, malpractice, over pricing, terrible service. shut your service department down you're only good at selling cars.

Worst experience I had today with one of their salesman, if you'd call him that. I stopped to look at a VW they had online for purchase and he said it was in the shop. I asked him if he had any other just like the one I was asking about and he pointed in the direction of the used cars. He had no interest to walk with me over to look. I explained I have a 2022 Lincoln Nautilaus to trade in, but he said I was wasting his time because I didn't drive it in. I have never in my life dealt with such a inexperienced lazy and rude salesman. After reading all these horrible reviews I certainly dodged a bullet and will take my business elsewhere. If I didn't have to give a star to post this review I wouldn't of, so they're lucky they got a one star. Just because its Halloween DO NOT let these wannabe salesman fool you!!! READ THE REVIEWS So glad we drove away!!

Lazy Horrible people to deal with. I went today to get my oil changed they saw me pull in and immediately proceeded to close the gate to the service shop. I walked in to speak with someone about getting it done and that Iβve been calling since 8 am and no one has answered the phone at all,she told me that Saturdays are only for scheduled appointments and she canβt promise I will be seen today .I asked did she have anything for Monday she told me her next availability would be Wednesday, I told her never mind and have a nice day. Everyone that was there werenβt doing anything and no oneβs car was being serviced. Wouldnβt want to do any type of business with this company again.

Went on the day after Christmas in 2024 and we expected they're too be some Christmas spirit present... uh no! We were only shown one car and it had a few flaws that they promised to fix. The carfax was not seen, or offered. In a few hours they were able to find a company that would sponsor us in our purchase. We had a faulty fuel access door that wouldn't close when the car was on or off. We were sold a tire warranty without being asked, that was added to our purchase price. It got to be night and the car paint job wasn't very visible. In sunlight it looks like it's been repainted. The fuel door wasn't fixed and within 5-6 months the AC went out and it cost us $2500 to repair it. One of our tires developed a problem and it necessitated repair and the tools is that it wasn't covered. They finally replaced the tire which was leaking air. At our signing we had been there for several hours and we discovered the car was being sold to us at 24% rate of interest! We were the last ones in the dealership at this time... needless to say we called back to get the fuel door fixed and the salesman wasn't there... After several phone calls we just gave up. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. Needless TO SAY WE'LL NEVER BE BACK. I'd give a zero star rating but that's not possible... not happy with the salesmanship and leadership when I called back to relate the treatment that we received and the manager wasn't really paying attention to our complaint...

Made a trip from Tyler itβs not 5 miles away just to be turned down when the salesman knew my situationβ¦ Iβd give them a zero if I could. Geesh thanks markdown Mikeβ¦ other places that will finance me. Especially when I bought a vehicle at Randall Noe before.

I got a flat tire on my new 25 Santa Fe. With the fancy tires. Took it to discount tire and they told me it was not repairable so I called the dealership. They said they only had one in stock and there was some issue with someone else that needed that one tire. Because they only had one in stock. So after a long conversation, I was going that same day but circumstances didnβt allow me to do that so I called and said Iβd be there first thing in the morning to get the tire. Hoping that it was still available. Got here at 10:00am as promised it is now 1:00pm and I still donβt have my car back. For a tire change. Everyone here has been nice and apologetic. But that doesnβt negate three hours to have 1 tire replaced. Especially when you were given a time to be here and have it serviced. I just spoke with my original sales person Jason, who is awesome. I shouldβve thought to ask, if it was gonna be this long, for a loaner car. Note to self ask next time. Update: itβs 1:17pm and itβs ready!!

Would NOT recommend. They are crooked and unprofessional. We initially went to the dealership for the βupside down trade-in eventβ, which apparently doesnβt exist. Long story short we ended up buying a 2025 Santa Cruz, no one mentioned that it was a rental vehicle for the dealership. Upon finding that out, we called the dealership to ask about their β3 day worry free exchangeβ which also apparently does not exist, even though it is advertised on their website. Both of us called multiple times to speak to a manager and every person we spoke to was apparently new, I find hard to believe that they have so many βnewβ employees with no training. Also called for the managerβs email address which no one seems to know, or they just donβt wanna give it out. We also were promised another set of keys to the car and that took 2 weeks and several phone calls. Not to mention we were hung up on multiple times. This is the most shady, rude, unprofessional and negligent car dealership I have ever dealt with. I would give them no stars if possible. Do your business literally anywhere else.

Good dealership with friendly staff. Trey was exceptional! We got the 2025 Sonata N-Line and couldnβt be happier. No complaints with sales. Finance had some hiccups on paying off previous car loan.

Went through the process of buying a car on Monday after my old vehicle broke down, and Billy G was nothing short of amazing! He made the process very easy, answered every question me and my dad had, and was very kind and determined to help us out. HIGHLY recommend him!!

I was a little unsure about how my experience was going to go being an out of state buyer from Missouri. Jason Clayton worked super hard to make the entire experience pleasant and fast. He was great at communicating and quick to get back with me throughout the process. He got me a great deal and was did not pressure me once on anything I wasnβt sold on. Jason had a personal matter come up and John Guerrera worked with Jason to get me taken care of the morning of my 7 hour drive down. Paperwork was quick and the car was in even better shape than I had hoped. I highly recommend anyone looking for a car see John or Jason at Hyundai of Longview. I drove 7 hours one way and would do it again in a heartbeat. They have been doing this a long time and it shows. Thanks again gentleman :)

I just want to say, Bailey in the service department was great. She gave us answers within 15 minutes this morning. She was not who we delt with the whole time but I feel like maybe we'd of had a better experience if it was. We made an appointment 10/4/25 to have our Genesis looked at for a noise. Technician rides with my husband that morning, tells us what it is. Great! We have extended warranty, please call and see if it's covered. We don't live in Longview, so we knew we wouldn't be by on a weekday to pick it up. We didn't hear from them for 9 days, and my, husband called to ask for an update. They said "sound cannot be duplicated". The original technician was not the one working on it. He asked them to keep looking or get the two technicians to discuss it, and let us know, but we need it by Saturday if possible, we have plans to go out of town the next weekend so we need the car fixed. So we call this morning to see if it was ready so we could take the trip to pick it up when they opened and had the pleasure of speaking to Bailey. Again, she was great. Now there was a diagnosis on the car, but we never received a call about it. She asks if we have ext warranty. Yes, she calls them immediately and calls us right back, they will not fix. That's fine, no trouble of the dealership or her fault. We decline, and agree to pay the diagnosis fee and she asks when we want to pick it up. We told her, and the car was pulled up on our arrival... It was FILTHY (added a couple of photos). We pay for a monthly car wash on our vehicles so it was washed before it was dropped off. There was trash left in the vehicle, mud slung up on the sides of the car and overall dirty, and they spilled a sticky drink in the car or something and didn't clean it up. Having worked in dealership service departments for nearly a decade, I understand the challenges of communication and workflow. However, the lack of communication and the state of our vehicle upon pickup were unacceptable. In the end, while we did receive a diagnosis, the overall service experience was disappointing. Moving forward, weβll be seeking service from a closer shop with a better reputation. I genuinely wish this experience had been different.
