It’s bad enough AutoNations auto sales won’t work with you. Their Collision Centers takes 3 weeks to replace a small front bumper, and they don’t bother themselves with the smaller damages, even when it was all part of the same claim, and it was the other guy’s fault. They don’t clean the car either. Not going to anything AutoNation, ever.

1.5 years later the cheap tie rod they installed started breaking down allow with that created damage to the driver lower control arm. Cheap and low skilled service/installation is going to cost me $800 out of pocket. Honda/Midas both agreed that the shop who replaced it installed the tie rod incorrectly.

Here’s what happened: 🔥 1. Damaged My Mercedes After Roof Repaint After a simple roof repaint, my key fob stopped working and ignition started showing “key not detected” errors. Car was perfectly fine before! ❌ 2. Zero Accountability Richard Moiza and Justin Kemper kept denying everything instead of helping. They refused to take ownership of their mistake. 📞 3. Endless Delays & Excuses Weeks wasted chasing answers. No updates, no solutions — just constant frustration. ⚠️ 4. Misleading & Unprofessional They misled me about insurance coverage, making the entire process longer, costlier, and stressful. 👎 5. Customer Neglect Instead of solving the problem, they kept passing the blame and refused to coordinate with my extended warranty company. 💡 PRO TIP: Before you hand over your car, take a full video of your vehicle inside & outside. Had some body work done and that was okay but they replaced the passenger side headlight/turn signal assembly and after a year the turn signal doesn’t work right. They used an aftermarket replacement that was only warranted for a year

My car looks great. The rental car pickup and return needs improvement. No one showed up from Enterprise to pick me up and I had less than 6 hours notice that my car needed to be returned that day. I feel a 24 hour or more notice should be given.

After an accident, my mechanics recommended me to go to AutoNation Collision Center in Mesa for the repair because they have great reputation. I am so grateful for that recommendation. I was very impressed with Kent Healy, the Estimater. He is kind, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. He keeps me updated on the progress of my car every few days. I asked him why he would take time to do that for every one of his customers because it's so time consumitng. He said that if his car was in a repair shop he would like to know what's going on with it. So, he makes sure that his customers receive updates from the start to finish while their car is in his watch. Also, Celesta at the front desk, she is amazing at treating every customer who walks through that door with kindness and respect. Every time I call for a specific concern, she is patient and thorough in answering every one of them with great details. What a great place to do business with!

I have been back 3 times to try and get a bumper painted and aligned correctly. New Corvette with paint peeling around the headlights, the MGR said easy job, we have certified Corvette tech's that will do the Tech Service Bulletin on the Head lights and it will not peel again. I went to pick up the first time and the paint had a run in it and dimples all over, and they scratched my headlight, go back the second time and my car was filthy, it was brought in clean. I had to get a water bottle and a microfiber to clean the area they worked on, it was passable but not perfect. The paint started to peel again within 3 days of me picking it up, found out they never did the Technical service bulletin. I bring back the 3rd time and they assured me that it was perfect, dimple in paint, scratches, misalignment of front bumper. They do not have the Managers to do quality control or the workers to paint a bumper correctly. Again this is a 6 month old car.

It’s an old car and the job was rendered flawlessly. Highly recommend this company, at least this location. Kent was very helpful and communicative. I want to share my experience, which began on October 6, 2025, and turned out to be the worst I have ever had with an auto body and paint shop. I trusted this place because they promised a “professional, high-quality job” with a lifetime paint warranty, a proper drying booth, and a detailed process that included removing and sanding the bumper. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different. The same day I picked up my car—even while it was raining and later when I examined it more closely—I noticed the horrible job they had done: paint drips, visible dents, peeling areas, and a completely misaligned bumper. It looked nothing like the professional result I was promised; it was a disaster from the very beginning. To make matters worse, when I returned to request a repair, the response was unprofessional and disappointing. They told me that none of their painters were willing to redo the job, and instead of taking responsibility or offering a real solution, I was met with multiple excuses. Just a few days later, the car looked as if it had never received proper work at all. I feel deceived, disrespected, and extremely disappointed after trusting this shop with my vehicle and my money. I do not recommend this place under any circumstance. When a customer pays for a service, the minimum they should receive is professionalism, accountability, and respect—and I received none of that here.
