Kirenia was my service advisor and she greeted me right away when I arrived. She quickly explained what she was doing and then we went inside to her desk. From her looking at my history and exhaling services to when I got my car back was great. The service was great and didn't take too long. I did an oil change and tire rotation. The one thing I can say is, about the link I got for my service where you view photos of what the tech is doing. I got one photo of my license plate and that was it. Might if been a glitch, because usually I see videos, car in the air with tires off and so on. Thank you again Kirenia for your help.

Service is horrible. For a small warranty repair that should not take more than 2 hours, it too 4 day with numerous calls for status update left unanswered. Not only that it took 4 days, but when I got the car back the car was not properly repaired. It showed warning signs on the dashboard that weren't there when I took the car in. The outside of the car was dirty with grease handprints. I took the car back to fix the new issues they created and the same lack of communication continues. When you call in to get an update, if you are lucky for someone to pick up the phone, you get transferred to a voice recording.

She let me know where the bathroom was and where I can get something to eat and drink at. Most of all She didn't include the things that was already taken care of. I really appreciate that. I checked in my 2025 HRV recently for service and an estimate. My Service Advisor was Mr. Terrance West. Terrance was very professional and welcoming. Both he and the service team provided me with an excellent experience. He was very detailed and quickly booked an appointment for me to return once the part needed for my vehicle was ordered. We have made multiple visits to AutoNation Honda Miami Lakes regarding the payoff of our previous vehicle, as stated in the contract. Despite showing them the document confirming it was the dealership’s responsibility, the payment was never sent on time, which could have affected our credit. We have tried to resolve this directly with the dealership without success, so we are escalating the matter to Honda Corporate for a prompt and professional resolution. We hope Honda will take action and improve their customer follow-up.

My car was hit in an accident, total lost! so I went shopping for a new car and I was specifically looking for a truck. I went to many dealerships….! Fun time…! I told my girlfriend let’s try Autonation before leaving the area. We go to Autonation Honda Miami lakes. The first thing we see is the truck I was looking for and Armando Gonzalez attended us with grace and patience truly a great person. We test drove the truck and finished signing with Alexis Gomez another great person who was completely honest and transparent.
