I had a check engine light on my 2012 VW Touareg and took it to the dealership (not to mention names ) To make a long story short the dealership presented me with a vague diagnosis and possibly needing an engine at only 105.000 miles. They also proposed removing the engine to replace VVT parts. After hearing that my confidence was deflated with the dealership.. I then had it towed to Autos International. They took the time to diagnose it correctly and ultimately it was simply the high pressure fuel pump. Which the dealership completely overlooked. I am so glad that AAA has them as one of their auto mechanics otherwise, I never would have found them. Both Diane and John have helped me save money I explaining to me how to do simple things myself. My kids car blew up on the freeway. The belt broke and I assumed that the car would no longer run. John took the time to explain to me how to how to jump the car and charge the battery, in order to start it and diagnose whether the car blew a rod. The repairs as a result we're very reasonable. I also bring in my cars for them to do the work I am not capable of doing myself. I believe the people who run this shop or incredibly trustworthy and I plan to bring in my cars as long as they are around.

I dropped my car off at 8am for a smog check and an oil change. They didn't finish with my car until 1pm the next day. They didn't call me or anythingI was so upset. Then, they still charged me the entire price. Terrible service.

0 Stars if I could. Couldn't be happier with the technician I worked with, he knew his stuff and straightforward. However, my experience with John the owner, albeit short, was extremely unpleasant. The lack of transparency in this place was horrendous. When I was talking with the technician, John cut him off and basically told him to shut up and said that they don't know anything about the repairs. I was asking very generic stuff about the car since I am not a car guy and wanted further elaboration, but he still insisted that they did not know anything. Isn't he supposed to be a very experienced tech?? I honestly felt a lot of hostility from John for no reason. Unfortunately, the guarding of information and deceptive business practices at this shop is scum level. There are thousands of transparent, trustworthy, and good-hearted mechanics out there that will be happy to get your business, this shop is NOT one of them.

I was having a terrible day. My car wouldn't start, and it was already 4:00 p.m. by the time my car arrived here. Knowing that I had a long drive home, John examined my car, found the issue, and fixed it so that I could leave by 5:00 p.m. I can't recommend this place more highly. The staff was very kind, the service was excellent, and the prices were absolutely fair. I will come back here for any future problems and will recommend this place to my friends and family.

Went in for a Smog Check, added an oil change and they advised me on a couple of items which were easy to fix. Made appointment -got to my car right away. And I was impressed at how fast it all went. Having a trustworthy mechanic is important to me. Autos International has always been great and I have sent a lot of people there. They take the time to explain what is wrong and what options I have. They don't ask me to fix things that are working fine. They are responsive and friendly. They are the only place I take my cars.

I called them up on a Friday morning to see if they could do a pre-sale inspection on a car I was interested in buying for the afternoon. They were super friendly and told me they squeeze me in. The price was $195 which I think I about correct, more or less 10$. I thought the car would turn out fine because it has low mileage but it didn't, and they explained to me all the various issues (undercarriage very rusty, lots of dog hairs in cabin filter, hence the slight smell from A/C, paint job due to accident, leak, low battery). The inspection seemed pretty thorough and was spot on, I was able to see the leaks they mentioned to me from the back wiper and the ceiling of the car afterwards. Diane was super nice, and really seemed to care about the state of the car and me buying it, or not. She gave me lots of details about the car. Ken was also extremely nice and they both gave me tips on what to look for in an inspection. One of the 200 bucks spend! Thank you!

Very overpriced, would not come again. This place is more expensive than even the dealership. They charged me over $600 on routine maintenance. When they were almost done, they wanted to tack on an additional $110 for alignment. But that's not all, they also said my battery needed to be cleaned for an additional fee. For the price, they should've done that for free. I feel like got taken advantage of. I'm not a car person, so I don't know any better until I talked to some family and friends and they told me I got ripped off. The place overall is also not very professional. The reception area is in a little cramped bungalow. They had a hard time getting my name right on the phone, even after I corrected them. When I got my invoice, it was still incorrect. On their website they advertised free shuttle service, but they ended up using my own car to drive me home. My steering wheel was grimy when I got my car back. It also took them the whole day before they had my car ready. I dropped it off at 8:30am and got it back last 4pm. They have some promos on their website but the receptionist wasn't even aware of it when I mentioned it. One of the new customer promo is 20% off if a competitor's quote is cheaper, and they wouldn't honor it. Very dishonest and sketchy.

When my car stalled early one morning and I had it towed to Autos International, I was immediately impressed by John’s friendliness. He was already aware I would be at his shop upon opening and promptly answered my questions and concerns. They inspected and diagnosed my vehicle within a few hours and gave me a thorough explanation of the issues with it. I really appreciated that they broke it down into urgent repairs that needed to happen and stuff that could wait a bit. John understood that money doesn’t grow on trees for me or anyone else, and he did not pressure me whatsoever to do the non-urgent repairs. He also gave me a timeline of when they would be necessary. Furthermore, John gave me a ride back to my place after I dropped off the car and when it was time to pick it up. That’s fantastic service. Armando was also super helpful and knowledgeable. I’d for sure recommend and go back to Autos International!

If I could give Auto's International in Concord 20 Gold Stars, I would! I have had a really bad experiences in the past with auto mechanics/dealerships on prior vehicles, who milk you for all you are worth for unnecessary repairs and who over charge. Thus, when my 2020 vehicle died in traffic, I took extra care in researching shops in the area to get the best bang for the buck for necessary repairs. AAA recommended a few shops to me, including this one. I found that Auto's International has the lowest labor rates, with the best service I've ever had hands down for repairs. John is absolutely fantastic, broke down what was necessary for repairs, took pictures of the trouble areas and sent them over to me with quotes, answered all my questions, and was quick to respond to my questions. Plus, he was really reasonable in what he charges for repairs!!!! If you have AAA, you also qualify for additional discounts. Going to a mechanic is like going to the dentist. You know it's going to hurt! LOL! But now that I have found a mechanic I truly trust with my vehicle, making the experience much less painful. Thank you Auto's International for AMAZING Service!!! I plan to refer many friends and family to you.

They do THE BEST JOB not the cheapest job. For me that’s what I’m into. If your looking for a quick fast slap and go or to beat your mechanic down for a few bucks cheaper keep it moving.
