My experience at auto zone Cedar Lake today was incredible! Brian C was awesome!!! I came in and explained to him what problems I was having with my car. He was nice enough to talk with my husband over the phone, since I don’t know much about cars, and afterwards he took me out to my car and he offered to check additional things that he thought could be wrong. Once he found out the problem, then explained to me what I needed to do and how I needed to go about doing it! He was very, kind, knowledgeable, and courteous. I will send all of my friends and family to this auto zone and I would definitely tell them to ask for Brian C!!!

Needed hood struts and had difficulty attaching when i returned home. I went back to the autozone team at this location and the guys didn’t hesitate to come out and assist. They were the only associates at various auto parts stores that would assist. This speaks volumes in customer oriented standards. (Devon was the all star associate….believe that was his name)

On the evening of May 17, 2025 I came out of El Saltillo restaurant and my truck would not start. Recently I had just taken my jumper out of my truck. There was no one in the parking lot that I could have asked to jump me, I did have cables. I walked down to the AutoZone that is in the strip mall. I walked in and told Carlos my situation and he informed that he couldn't leave due to the store had to keep two people in or near. He let me take the jumper and I told him I would be back to get a battery. I did jump my truck and drove through the parking lot to AutoZone. Carlos was very professional and knowledgeable on what type of battery I needed. He installed the new battery in a timely and courteous manner. I would like to state AutoZone needs more Parts Managers like Carlos!! I will come back to the Cedar Lake store!! I would also say that Carlos would make a great store manager someday just by how he carries himself and how he treated me as a customer.

Asked if the battery needed testing or if i knew it was bad said oh its bad jumped it one too many times laughed and did what he needed to do. We received EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE from Chris at AutoZone on Cedar Lake in Biloxi ! My Dad is in an assisted living facility located close to AutoZone and his car wouldn't start. Chris jumped in his car and followed me across the street to check Dad's vehicle. We needed a new battery. Chris went above and beyond to get us the right battery and to install it. He even called my Dad a couple of days later to make sure everything was working ok. Thank you Chris for all you did for us.

On December 23 at approximately 7:00 PM, I visited this location and experienced unprofessional and unsatisfactory treatment. The employee who assisted me showed a poor attitude and did not provide proper help, making the experience very unpleasant. As a regular customer, I expect respectful, professional, and equal treatment for all customers, and this situation was disappointing and does not reflect the standards I associate with AutoZone.

I want to recognize Carlo A. at the Biloxi, Ms (Cedar Lake) store for his exemplary service on Dec 12. Very competent, friendly, and professional service. I was super stressed about my vehicle; he reassured me, put me at ease, and fixed my problem, as well as checked to make sure it wasn’t any other issues. I previously went to another Autozone in the area to change my battery the day before and it turns out the bolts weren’t tightened down enough, which thankfully was the only issue. Biloxi Autozone is now my go-to store.

Ok so I put off getting windshield wipers because we have had no rain . It’s pouring today . Get on I 10 and my rubber is coming off of wiper . I stop in auto zone on cedar lake . Not knowing my size , I head straight back to them … well Nick greets me and ask if he can help . I had this amazing plan to go to the gas station and change them . The manager and nick ask if vehicle is with me . Explained what I was going to do and they insisted on changing them for me . IN THE POURING RAIN ! This auto zone always goes above for us .
