I went in at about 12:00pm, and I was helped by a woman and I want to say her name was Stacey, she was the sweetest person in the whole world. I’m replacing my spark plugs and coils in my car and wasn’t sure what I was doing, but she set me up with everything I needed and was insanely helpful! She didn’t try to upsell me and she made everything very clear. She is the best worker I have ever seen/met. Someone get this lady a raise.

I had a lightbulb out, and Mr. Donald is the best person I’ve ever met in my whole entire life came out, put in the lightbulb and also fixed my rear brake light from falling out of my car because I was having issues with it as well and this man really went above and beyond today while they were busy to help me out I’ve never experienced this graciousness ever Wonderful employee wonderful human being. Everyone there was amazing and extremely professional and helpful except the younger dude who works there. He was being a bit of a creep. As one lady walked out he said in a salacious way, "thanks for coming in" as he stared at her arse as she walked away. I get young folks being a bit cheeky, but that seemed very inappropriate in a professional setting.

I have had a few different experiences at this store, I have gone in to do a price comparison for a battery and was denied then within 20 min came back to the same store after calling a different to confirm that this company does in fact do price comparisons with batteries to then be granted the battery comparison an went to going my way while the cashier proceeded to screen down the aisle way in the back that it wasn’t his original store so he isn’t wrong. I can understand being upset when being proven wrong so I then gave this store another chance. I proceeded to come back into the store to only not buy anything because The manger had been on the phone and to me sounded like he was either taking a personal call with one of his friends degrading their marriage or maybe one of his employees. I personally wouldn’t take kindly to the words that were being said so I went ahead and left the store. I will not be returning nor will I be returning to this company in general. It’s like they say your employees represent your company and if I owned it I would be disappointed in the people wearing my name.

I had a strange issue with what I thought might be my battery . There were only a few things that could’ve been, but it was definitely not a normal case. I took it to the store in hopes of getting the battery tested. I did not expect to get the level of Customer Service I received today. They ran all kinds of tests for me, help me figure out what it might or might not be, and did their best to make sure I was safe to get it to an auto shop. They gained nothing out of this other than thank you and were simply being good humans. There wasn’t anything I could buy from them, but time and time again, I have had the best customer service with this specific AutoZone. Thank you so much to the entire crew. It’s hard to find Customer Service at this level these days and you certainly Earned five stars and more.- the perplexing Subaru Owner
