If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in yesterday morning because I had to get jump started and wanted to see if I needed a new battery or for it to be charged.. walked in and there's like 5 people walking around, working.. no one says a thing. I stand there awkward waiting for someone to acknowledge me. They glance at me but say nothing. Finally someone comes from the back and has a woman to come check my battery. She comes out with an attitude and checks it-- she's like it's good sooo.. I told her well I had to get jumped so I guess it needs to charge. She's like well if you just leave your truck running it'll charge. I'm thinking duh I know this but I can't get my truck to start now so I ask her can I charge it here. She gets a super attitude and goes and gets the tools to do it. All the while grumbling and shoving tools in the tool box. I felt like a huge bother. I come back after an hour, like she said, and she sets it on the counter, says it's charged and walks away. I stand there thinking she went to go get the tools.. she comes back and asks if I need anything else. I say uhh.. can I get it put back in? I have no tools! I'm in office cloth attire. I've been going to autozone for years all over the country because I am a veteran and have always had it taken out and put back in-- everyone was always friendly. This was my first time at this location. Never again! Not only that, truck didn't start. My friend's husband came and jumped started me and we went to O'Rielys. I was not about to give that store my business. He tested it and it was a bad cell. My friends' husband and the O'Rielys guy even said the battery wasn't tightened all the way and was loose. Ridiculous! Don't know the girls name-- short, Hispanic, super short hair. It sounds like from other reviews that others have dealt with the same girl! Y'all need to rethink your staff. She should not be working with customers with that level of disrespectful attitude. Never again.

Sent my granddaughter in to buy and replace my windshield wipers. I guess that's not a service provided anymore. So I had her take them back and I'll just have her purchase them somewhere they will put them on. You'd think for 50 dollars they would replace them for you.

Michael, Aidan and Manuel were extremely helpful in helping me find the right replacement part for my vehicle. They were patient and willing to help me solve all my automotive issues before leaving the location on Michigan Avenue… It didn’t even seem to bother Manuel to test our battery and alternator in adverse weather conditions, Michael had an interesting analogy that help me understand what was going on with my vehicle’s battery and Aidan made sure I got my core reimbursement for my old battery!… Thank you guys we really appreciate it!

Stood at the heck out for 10 minutes. No one even said hi much less can I help you. Put my parts on that counter and left. Four clerks working and three customers. Manager walked out without speaking or offering to. help. Very bad customer relations. Never again for me.

The young lady that assisted me Josephinea, I believe was her name. Went above and beyond to make my visit more enjoyable and eager to return for my future purchases. This young lady was trying to locate a loaner tool that she recommended, she was literally running all through the back of the store looking for it and then also in the front of the store. I told her to stop looking for it as it was time consuming and more customers were already waiting. She found the tool, I paid and continued with my project. I highly recommend Josephinea for her knowledge, experience and her work ethic. Thank you Josephinea,

There brand off batterys are worthless they leak after just a month I have warranty them once just after a month they began to leak once again and don’t hold charge and they won’t warranty them again fyi just go to O’Reillys and go with superstart their customer service is way better too

Never enough employees to help people. Be 7 people in line and 1 register open and 3 employees stocking the shelves. Come on what gives. People don't wanna spend 30 minutes in line. Let's get them out the door. So that they will come back and not go to the competition.

They had the part I was looking for as usual none the less. But it gets really old going to any parts store and doing there entire job for them except check out. You all need to hire people that know about vehicles and maintaining them at least a little bit. It's not my job to teach them how to look up parts, go actually look for the part or look for the best price on YOUR system. Incompetence in auto parts store employees is why I usually order my stuff from home. Finding the best price and quality parts unless it's something I need right then and there to get back on the road.

Brenda and Isaiah are amazing!! Great customer service and very fast. Me and the other gentleman travel all they way to their store from the Wadley location and it was well worth it! I tried to get help on a part and size, however employee was Kurt. Did seem to have enough time to fully explain and show me on shelves. I brought up part they said works but it did not have correct attachment. She show I needed help but did not. I left and went to Ford to get correct part

Great service! Had to drop in because my car died in the middle of the road and we needed to bring in my battery to see if it needed to be replaced. I’m afraid I can’t remember the gentleman’s name, but he had a great positive attitude and know how. He tested it, found that it was dead, but he had some replacement options for me that would work best for my vehicle and gave some great recommendations and insights into which would work for my budget and needs. And when it turned out they didn’t have the battery at that particular store, he called another location himself to confirm that they had it in stock and made sure that they held onto it for us until we got there.

I went there today and I’m totally handicap with Parkinson’s and these three guys didn’t bother to help me with the door and I got to the counter and ask them that I need a fog lamp relay and they said they didn’t carry this item so I was like hmmm,s o I go home and look it up on their website and it’s actually on there store in stock ! These boys don’t even want to look up a part ! they just lost a value customer so I took my business to Oreilly
