This is the most helpful AutoZone we have ever been to (and we've been to a lot all over the country). Gavin S. helped us diagnose and replace our bad battery and figure out we needed a new starter. Definitely ask for Gavin the next time you're at this AutoZone!

I stopped by to have my battery checked and when it tested bad, I received the best customer service! They helped me look up my original purchase for the bad battery, which still had a few months under warranty, and swapped out my new battery AND threw in a free corrosion prevention kit for the new battery. Wonderful guys at this location! Hands down, a great experience!

This place was awesome! We noticed a tail light out while driving my daughter to drop off for college. Since we were out of town, I didn't have tools on hand. I asked uf they'd loan me a wrench to remove the taillight plastic. But Hayden went above and beyond. He checked me out quickly, joined me outside, and helped me knock out the replacement right in the parking lot. My whole stop took less than 10 minutes. Hayden was super polite and I enjoyed chatting about his studies at USU with him while we fixed the light. I was worried I was going to have to leave my daughter at school with a burnt out brake light, but Hayden and Autozone saved the day!

Today we experienced a stressful situation on our way to Logan (from Ogden) for my sons soccer game when our car started to over heat. We called a tow and waited 1.5 hrs after being told it would be a 45 minute wait and after waiting so long in the heat we called a second tow company who showed up within 20 min. After such a rough wait for help we were towed to Autozone. We were instantly helped by an employee (who’s name we didn’t catch) but he was great and tried his best to help us out, to our surprise our battery also gave out. He tried to jump start the car and with no luck that’s when Hayden jumped in to also help. Both employees even told the kids to go inside to cool down if needed since we had 3 kids with us in the heat and I had them camping out in the shade outside the store with some chairs. Seriously so considerate and sympathetic with our situation. The store was pretty busy and they both did amazing helping everyone. Hayden went above and beyond to figure out how to help us, he also tried to jump start the car multiple times and eventually told us the battery was completely cooked. It was about 8:10 when we decided to purchase a battery and just get it replaced. He jumped right into it and got it done. Even though we didn’t make the game we got the car going. Thank you so much Hayden for the small convos that helped ease our stressed minds, specially for all your help and for wishing us a safe drive back to Ogden.

Bought some tail lights here. They went out within a week. So came back and asked for a refund and Makiha told me to bad because the light bulb is not under warranty and I would have to wait 30 minutes for there manager... I was super confused so I talked to Debra who told me the same thing but after talking with her for awhile and looking at her computer we were able to do the refund without the manager… my goodness!
