Helpful staff. Prices are reasonable. Easily got what I needed for my car. They have a free rewards program. Spend $20 or more (not including tax) per visit and for every 5 visits you get a $20 credit you can use on anything in the store. Just used mine it worked great. šš½šš½

Normally I always go to this AutoZone and Iāve never really had a problem all staff is friendly. Except for today I had a bad experience with a dude named Devon. He was not helpful at all and didnāt seem like he wanted to do his job. I needed something that was behind the register and he goes āitās right there you can just go ahead and grab itā. I didnāt know which was correct so I asked him if he could tell him which one was correct and he said āno I canāt tell you if itās the right oneā. So I took a guess and hoping thatās is correct. Some people have jobs but hate doing their job!!

I was excited to see this store open, so close to my house. 2 stars, because the store was nice. The customer service, however, was sorely lacking. In my opinion, that ranks higher than store niceties. I went in with my son, to pick up a part for his truck and take a little look-see. After picking up a few things, we got in line. The only person in front of us was at the register. In addition to the cashier, there were two other people (one of which was a manager) helping the same person. Not one of them acknowledged us, standing there, even after about 10 minutes. No āsomeone will be right with youā or āthank you for waiting, itāll be just a minuteā. After the first five minutes, a couple came in and stood behind us, in line. The woman went straight to the open counter and stood there (the person with her actually told her ālet them go firstā). Apparently, she had a quick question, so our place ahead of her meant nothing. When the woman behind the counter came to talk to her, they began chatting about decorating the employeeās daughterās pants and what kind of design she might want. Still not being acknowledged, even when the manager walked past us to help another customer, outside, we continued to wait. Had my son not already paid for the part we were there to pick up, we would have returned our other items and walked out. Very disappointing first impression. I hope they step up their customer service game.

this was my first time to shop in this location. it was horrible. you can feel the negative energy in this store as soon you come in and this was right at opening time. there was an angry woman behind the counter, on the phone cussing in front of customers stressing about another store not opening on time. keep that conversation in the back office and be professional. customers do not want to hear that. the other lady that rang me up didn't even greet me or say thank you after the purchase. handed me a receipt without even looking at me or saying thanks.i should've immediately requested to return the item for a refund. how do yall hire customer service reps that have anger. how do you expect to win business like this. id rather shop online and wait 3 days for delivery than have to shop in this spot. bring back old school customer service skills and professionalism. if you can't win customers on a $10 purchase how do you expect repeat customers to even consider spending more money here.

Ieshia, the store manager made an amazing impression on me today. Her interactions with her team members as well as the customer service skillset she displayed were both stellar. Iāve been in the customer service/automotive industry for 25 years, and would be lucky to have someone like Ieshia on my team. Keep climbing that ladder Ieshia, you are something special!

So my wife and I went to autozone on 104th and Huron to pick up an air filter in which we found fairly quickly and went and stood in line. There were 2 male employees and a female employee in which we were told was the manager when asking another employee. The reason for this review is because while standing in line it grew to more then 10 people very rapidly. My wife and I were third in line when the manager walked away from the counter for several minutes which could be understandable considering but the issue is upon her return... while she was away both gentleman worked diligently to take care of their respective customers and take one each, leaving my wife and I at the front of the line. This is when the manager returns and pulls a random person from the line to check them out even though we are next in line to be checked out. When we asked why we were not being helped she responded with are you paying with card and my wife said yes, the manager promptly responded with well you can use the self checkout then and proceeded to help the other customer. Several things could have been different and I shouldn't have to teach a manager how to do her job. First off we were in line because there were other things that we needed that are in their stock shelves like our mass air flow sensor but they lost that sale. Secondly I had questions regarding their rent a tool because the screws to our sensor were stripped, loss of business and educating the consumer. It's great they offer the self checkout for people who can grab and go what they need, and she could have seen the line and simply made an announcement to all the customers that if you're paying with card and do not need any other assistance they have self checkout. Instead she asked a closed ended question and immediately assumed and offered a response she felt appropriate for the occasion. I was able to get out much faster however because of her we were unable to achieve our goals and will be giving our business to somewhere else.... I believe her name was Cia or Sia

AutoZone was very helpful. An employee diagnosed my "check engine" light free of charge. This employee was very helpful and printed out a diagnosis for my 2004 CRV. I can't tell you how convenient this service was and how much I appreciate it.

What an incredible help Clarence was at this location on 8-11-25. He not only ran a diagnostic for us, he also gave us his professional input with a personable tone. We would not have made it out of the area to our home, five hours away without his solid input. Thank you so much Clarence at AutoZone on Vallejo on 2045 Springs Rd. You are our HERO!

Aisha saves the day! When we went in to buy a car battery the guy helping us I think his name was Kevin went outside and check the battery and said the battery was dead and that we need a new one and that there was nothing under 260+ dollars. I asked him if he could help put the battery in the car. He said no I canāt. Iām off work in 15 minutes and turned around and started helping another customer and left us standing there, not cool dude . Thank goodness for Aisha. She was more than accommodating and helpful and made up for his not so great customer service Aisha helped put the battery in and found us a decent battery for less than $260+ made sure we got the car started and everything was good to go. thatās how you take care of business !
