Gary in Service is a great guy but Heads Up - You cannot pay with a check any more; a credit card costs you an additional 3.5%. They prefer debit cards only. Nobody told me of this new policy in advance and needless to say, I think it’s a bad policy on DGDG’s part.

I brought my Cadillac in to Vallejo for the second time with my fan not turning off and my battery dying. I dropped it off the night before and used the key drop. Very great option for people who work. The advisor I was working with said that they could not see my car because the battery was dead. I had written on the note when I dropped my keys off and advised the service person the battery would be dead in the morning. The service adviser said they needed my battery to charge 6 hours. To see if the battery was good. I had just bought the battery from them the first time I brought it in a month and a half prior and I asked if he could just let me know if it could be tested to see if it went totally bad or not. The advisor said it was not possible to test and I would need to wait three days for him to look at it again because he was off the next two days. I told him I really needed my car and my dad asked him again to just put the battery on the tester and let us know if the battery was bad. He said he couldn't and told my Dad "If you know so much about cars , you work on it." Then he hung up on us. Yes we were upset and I understand they were busy but it was rude. This was a Saturday so I had to wait until Monday to speak to a manager. No loaner car and no help further . I called on Monday and spoke to a manager, Gary Wilson listened to why I was upset and right away offered to take over from the advisor and they pulled my car in right away and figured out the problem. Gary was polite , fast and very considerate. I will return because of him. Thank you Gary!

I've been servicing my Cadillac's at Team Chevrolet in Vallejo for over 10 years. I'm on my 2nd SUV and have the pleasure of working with an amazing service writer, Ken Sarna. He always goes above and beyond for his loyal customers. Which keeps me going back to him every time. He makes you feel like a true VIP, every time. He's consistent! I recently had a malfunction with my XT5 battery. It had to be replaced, along with one of the cables. Even though it was no longer under warranty, Ken fought to keep my labor costs low and even made sure I had a loaner vehicle while we waited for the part to come in from the east coast. He is a true gem and Team Chevrolet is lucky to have him on their service team. Thanks again Ken. You have once again put me back on the road, safe and sound. You are a true professional.

I dropped off my vehicle to get serviced and someone at Cadillac left my sunroof open causing my car to get rained on for days and they didn’t bother saying anything. Cadillac has yet to fix the water damage. Every time I take my vehicle to get serviced I have to take it back again because the issue continues. This shouldn’t happen especially when they keep my vehicle for weeks at a time leaving me car-less. I paid for a full detain and that wasn’t done properly. I have informed the service desk and the service manager and yet nothing seems to get fixed. Highly disappointed in them all around. I pay for services for them not to be done. And there should be no reason why my vehicle became damaged.

I have been taking my CTS Sport Wagon to get the needed maintenance at Team Cadillac in Vallejo, California for the past year or so. They have a phenomenal Service Department. Everyone is polite. Good Vibes environment. I have only been working with Gary Pace. Nobody else. Gary Pace has earned not only my business but my trust as well. With the attention to detail, going over the work orders thoroughly on what service need has to be addressed and why, to have my Wagon working at its best. Diagnosed/fixed a NASTY Check Engine Light that i have been having an issue with for a long time. After replacing the necessary components, explaining the issue and fixing the issues. My vehicle has been running A LOT more efficient than it did before and stronger . Also, They have fixed/diagnosed a major leak in my sunroof area that cause water to work its way into the cabin and over time cause mold in the floor and replaced the carpet cause by the leak. Gary showed me the carpet and it seems it has been doing it for a while so I'm glad they replaced it. Since then NO MORE leaks or odd smells. I can go on and on with all the services they provided me that needed attention. Team Cadillac fixed everything on my Wagon. Team Cadillac has done ALL my Major Services, oil changes to have my vehicle working at its best. Gary Pace is honest and will take care of any needs that you may need and find the answer for all your questions, along with a great customer experience. Gary Pace works with me and gives the best value for what i pay. I feel that Team Cadillac can do anything. Trusting Gary Pace is the best decision i made. As long as Gary Pace is there at Team Cadillac i know that I don't ever need to worry about anything. Gives me the Peace of Mind knowing that leaving my Wagon with Gary and getting it back will be even better than it was before. Thank you Gary Pace & Team Cadillac. You Guys ROCK!

Great customer service! Gary assisted me in having my car repaired. Very attentive. My 1st appt. was going to be approximately an hour and a half wait. Gary provided me a Lyft so I could x-mas shop while my car was being diagnosed. When I was ready to be picked up, all I did was text him and he had me picked up and returned to Team Cadillac where my car was ready and waiting. When I had to return for the actual service, he was quick to let me know every step of the way. Thumbs 👍. Great business and great employees.
