The best autozone i've ever been to in the entire nation, Or any auto part store. When my truck computer got fried they helped me get the correct one got it in within 3 days. Got my first computer order canceled and refunded after I gave them the wrong information. They even made sure I got back by shipping. When I got the new? Computer. And the truck? Fried it because it. Was miss wired They worked diligently with the third party repair organization to figure out a solution.

I just had the most horrible customer service experience of my life at the Auto Zone on Princess Anne Road. I was treated like trash and given zero assistance with the parts I needed. It was an older, heavy-set man with a white beard. I believe he said his name was Bobby. I will NEVER return to this location and I will be certain to share the details of this interaction with as many friends, family, and neighbors as possible.

Thank you SOOOOO much, Ed & auto zone! We needed a new battery in one of our vehicles my mother was using. Of course it happened while we were out of town and she was with our kids. We called in from out of town and had her drive over with our kids in tow. They helped her out with installing and were so kind and accommodating. We are so grateful for you, your kindness and service especially in our absence. She said it was “honestly one of the best services she’s ever had with a car service.
