I only shop at AutoZone for my car parts and accessories. Every store I go into wherever it's at, all the employees are very nice knowledgeable and ready to help. At my last trip they had three of the four parts that I needed, and they found the other one I needed at the hickory store a couple miles above where I work. They let them know that I was coming to get it later on that afternoon and when I got there they had it ready. Like I said friendly people all the way around.

Some people just don't seem to care to be working there.. and seem to think that everyone is trying to steal something.. and boy does it show. On the bright side, of all the people working there the manager (Chris? Younger maybe mid 30's) and a lady named "cookie" are the only 2 people I would ever deal with for real help

Been to this location at least four or five times. Only once I had to wait about 10 or 15 minutes and a gentleman at the front greeted me and let me know this when I first came in. He said he would be right with me. They always help me with what I’m looking for and they never pressure me into buying anything. I’m a young college woman and you know what people think that guys do when they see women coming in for parts. But these guys here never try to pressure me to buy anything. I also look forward to my purchases because I receive cash back by using my Bank of America deals! I’m hoping my battery lasts a bit longer but I will be coming to buy a battery and get my rewards from my bank! This place is the only place I go to for car parts! Excellent service!

I needed a battery and to have it installed. 1-800-Battery said they would show, but didn't. AAA said they would show, but didn't. I was finally able to get my car to AutoZone and the two people working on 9/25/22 took care of everything. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. We are lucky to have wonderful people we can count on when we need help!

I wish i can give 0 stars The woman serving, who has many tattoos, does not know what she is talking about or how to find the part you need even if she has the serial number. very haughty, rude and wants to make the client believe that he has no idea what he is talking about She only mentions that the part does not exist or that you have to get it from the dealer I have experience in automotive mechanics and I know what I'm talking about. I always buy the piece in the same place They need to train better to provide good service

Hands Down The Best Customer Service That I’ve Ever Received…. Mitch Was Very Amazing, And Super Friendly. We had great conversation while the other gentleman was checking out my car. And Then There Is Brian……. Brian went to car to check out why my service engine light was on. Then he proceeded to get the part, go under my hood to install the part, and send me on my way with no extra lights beaming on my dashboard. I Was So Happy, These Two Are Truly Amazing. 😊😊

Autozone #251 really came through for me and my daughter yesterday. We were on the way back from App state headed to Charlotte when my car broke down. Awesome customer service and a pleasure to talk to about what I needed for my 2014 Nissan Maxima. The Autozone I frequent is pretty good. Sometimes I am surprised what the store stocks and what it doesn't stock. The prices are ok. I have purchased a few things on sale at good prices. AutoZone is my "go-to" mainly because of the location.
