Needed tires for my 2003 Kia. Saw the ad on Facebook for Momentum. Had used the location on L-R Blvd. before for oil changes, but came by the location on Hwy. 70 this time. Stopped on Thursday afternoon, service advisor set up an appointment for Friday morning. Arrived, got in, and had the car ready in reasonable amount of time. Great service and was greeted warmly. Will use again.

Coffee, Crackers and Car Care OH MY!!! Just found a new home for my vehicle needs. I love it when God puts you in a good place! I had several problems going on with my car and took it to Momentum tire and car care. Tom gave me a call and gave me a run down of problems I needed to get repaired. The cost was more than I could afford at the time and told him to repair what I could afford which was only the most urgent. To my surprise he called me back to say he had found some discounts on what I needed done and he saved me several hundred dollars. I was able to get the repairs done and my car drives beautifully. Thank you Tom and Jacob for going the extra mile to help me get my car repaired and drive safely on the road. God Bless you!!!

1000% recommend!! The tire pressure light came on my new car and I was unfamiliar with the settings. I decided to go to the nearest tire service to have them check things out. Tom was so friendly when I explained what was going on and told me not to worry, they would take care of it for me. Jonah took my car in and a few minutes later came to tell me there was too much air in my tires and that he had gotten all the tires back to the right pressure and also checked for any damage. Both gentlemen were thoughtful and so very respectful! Thank you both for easing my mind and also saving me from having to deal with an air machine in the 95 degree heat! I will definitely be a repeat customer!!

I want to start off by saying how well the customer service and appointment scheduling was handled. I called for an alignment and asked if they could work on a somewhat lowered vehicle. They answered professionally and explained the machine they had and why they could do it. I asked for a front end alignment and only got the front end alignment. I was in and out within the hour on the appointment time. They straightened up the front took it for a drive and brought it back on the rack to double check. And drove it again to double check (First place I've seen that does this) I appreciated that very much. My only complaint is that I wish the technician wore gloves when entering, driving, moving, test driving the car. I understand my car is not the newest or cleanest by any means but the moment I got into the car to drive off I shouldn't have black marks on my hands from the gear shift, steering wheel, handbrake and door handle. A little wipe down would have been nice but I get that it's lunch time gotta get cars out to get cars in.. overall, I am pleased with the service and will be back for other small maintenance needs. Service was great, waiting room and restroom were inviting. They even offer a military and first responder discount (with proof)

Excellent service and very fair pricing. Stopped by without an appointment for a front headlight that was running low. They got me in without a problem and were finished in no time. 10/10 service and I’ll definitely be coming to them for all future car repairs and needs. March 5th, 2024 I went in to have my front left wheel bearing replaced, an oil change, and tire rotation. At the time I checked out, the mechanic told me “You’ll probably need brakes by the next time you come in for an oil change.” After leaving, I made it not even 10 miles and my ABS light came on the dash. I called them to ask why since I had just left the shop. They let me know it wasn’t a big deal and just come by the next day to have them look at it. Once they looked at it the next day, I was told the bearing didn’t have the correct slot for the ABS so they had to get another one and put it back on. Fast forward to today 7/21/2024, my boyfriend and I were doing my brakes at home and the front left brake rotor is being held on by a SINGLE screw not fully tightened or with any loctite. Therefore the rotor itself was loose. The brake pads also wore extremely unevenly, and especially when compared to the right front brake pads. My right front brake rotor has the two required screws because they did not touch it.

I’m blown away by the service I just received at Momentum Tire & Car Care, specifically the location on Hwy 70 in front of Lowe’s Hardware, across from CVCC. I wholeheartedly recommend them for your car care needs! I have been getting my oil changed at Momentum, usually the location on LR Blvd, for years. Always fast and friendly service, even as a walk-in late in the afternoon. Last night, I noticed a significant oil leak so I brought it to the 70 location to get checked out. They pulled my car in right away, diagnosed a drain plug washer failure, replaced the drain plug & washer and refilled the oil to spec, all in less than an hour, at no charge! I know when I come to Momentum that I am supporting a local, family-owned business. Now I’m certain that I’m coming to a business dedicated to fair, honest and quality work. I won’t take my car elsewhere. Neither should you.

I'm usually not the type to take a vehicle to a shop, but I'm happy I did. Momentum did a great job changing our oil. I know it's basic, but it said a lot about how they handle stuff. Sometimes the little things matter the most. They got me in immediately, and are open on Saturdays. Anywho, great guys, great price. I think I've found our go-to place for any work and maintenance that we need.
