They won’t even look up a part number for you, gave me a fake “hub” number and then they proceed to hang up on me when I call back after finding out the number the man gave me was literally fake . Didn’t wanna type in 6 numbers into his computer lol what a horrible auto parts store

Excellent customer service from the Store Manager Jaime …I just bought a vehicle and was having an issue with opening the trunk…I thought it was a fuse…Jamie was very helpful and persistent to help find the issue…He googled to get help get answers…Low and behold...he told me to open the glove box…He found the issue and I now I’m able to open and close my trunk…,Thanks to Jaime for going above and beyond the call of duty….

This place just opened in the location that the Pep Boys parts store was located in. They had the Hyundai OEM oil filter I needed. Most stores don't carry them. Would have been 5 stars, but they don't carry Pennzoil ULTRA platinum engine oil.

Recently opened location. Would definitely recommend! I was greeted by the employee's the manager tyler I believe his name was answered all my questions i had for the different parts I needed for my VW was very knowledgeable and patient and got me everything I came in for. Went above and beyond! Very happy with my visit and will definitely be back for future car part needs!

I went to the store to return a radiator hose, but unfortunately, the store manager Jaime told me that without a receipt, he couldn't return my item even though it is an autozone brand. I went to a different autozone store, and they took care of my problem right away. Make sure to save your receipt or take a picture of it because, apparently, without it, they can't return, not even for store credit.

He keeps saying that he can't hear you. He hung up on me. I called again. He is very poor and poor service. I shouldn't come to this store to buy anything.

Worst place ever, lazy people working here, no care atitude. Had warranty from another autozone for a battery wanted to exchange it over here, they say cant exchange it after looking at the battery for rules and regulations. What do you mean by it? At least give me refund or store credit.
