Had the pleasure of getting my oil changed at grease monkey in round Lake Beach. First time I’ve ever been to a grease monkey oil change place. They got me in right away very friendly staff, price was a little high but for the short amount of time I was there they were on top of there game. Was in an out would definitely recommend going there I most likely will go back when I’m to busy to do my own oil change.

Went in for an oil change. They were extremely fast, friendly, efficient and very reasonably priced. Going in by myself, I always worry about being upsold on something or taken advantage of, when it comes to my car. They were very professional, did what they needed to do and I was in and out. They also kindly let me wait in their lobby with my dog, as I did not have time to run her home before my appointment. Definitely recommend!

I love this location. Everyone is super friendly. I was a bit disappointed they denied my coupon even though I received it the same day, which was the main reason I went there in the first place. The expiration date wasn’t for another two weeks, so it didn’t really make sense. But I didn’t want to push the issue.

The employees here are a real gem. Big thank you to Mikios, Miguel, and Alfonso. They definitely went above and beyond to explain all my options, along with keeping me current with their progress during my visit. They were very kind and accommodating. I also give big credit to Mikios on our phone interaction. It's hard to get someone to answer the phone these days, none the less amazing customer support over the phone. He gave a very welcoming feeling before I even stepped foot in the door. Alfonso was quick with a smile to meet me at my car when I pulled in and brought it right in, which was awesome! Miguel kept it real with his jokes while also making sure my air filters got some much needed attention. All in... it was a quick & pleasant experience. Thanks for all you do!
