I have ordered 4 exhaust systems, 2 sets of RA Manifolds as well as Suspension components (1 GTO, 2 455HO TAs and 1 Catalina Wagon. Paul was nice enough to let me swap out a 2.5" exhaust he had shipped me for a 3" . He also was unable to ship some sway bars and credited me the difference. Over the last several years my experience has only been positive with RA Restorations.

Ordered my ram air manifolds with ceramic coating and thought they would come in looking like glass . They look like they have measles. 600 plus . Very disappointed. But have to use because of no return policy. Guess they know what they sell .

Great machine work. Products from RAE are fabulous. The only downside is there are long waits if the foundry they order from has issues or machines are down. Despite the waits, Paul is pretty good about estimating how long the wait will be if you ask.

Order parts over 1.5 years ago. I received 1 part and the other was supposed to be shipped 1/15/20. I have emailed / called and no response on something that I paid for in 2019. Finally, April 2022. RAM Air contacted our company and offered the parts or a refund! We finally received the parts 4/11/22. I'm changing my 1 star to 3 star's.

I ordered 1970 gto exhaust manifolds. Paul provided the worst customer service and honesty for 2.5 months. Product finally came in with the worst machine work ever. I will never stray from Ames performance again.

While they have wide selection of products for Pontiac restorations, they have a no return policy and VERY poor customer service skills. I ordered a part that my Restoration guy said I needed, he mistakenly told me that a 1979 part would fit my 1981 firebird. It didn't and I never noticed their "No Returns" policy. If I had I would have ordered from someone else. You would think that they would know that good customer service leads to repeat business. I have 3 more vehicles to restore, which would have meant Thousands of dollars of revenue for them. I'll use AMES, Year One or Fbody warehouse instead.

Quality product one I received it. Ordered a $1200 exhaust system that I was told I would have in two weeks only to find out it took 6 1/2 months of excuse after excuse to get my product. Missed several car events and a calendar shoot. Asked for a break on the price for all the b.s. to no avail. I will NOT purchase even the smallest part from Paul's company again.

Guys there are real easy to work with. Had a slight problem with the cast flanges I had for the down pipes. They sent me out a new set of stamped flanges the same day and even gave me a deal on them. Very happy with the ram air manifolds.
