I was there today to get a stripped license plate nut out. I was told its a busy time but still they agreed to take a look. Well, at the first attempt itself the head of the screw just broke off leaving the pole inside. At this point they could've turned me away to come another day, but the guy brought up the welding machine, heated up the broken piece, took it out, cleaned the thread and put in 2 new ones. And guess what... He charged NIL! I will definitely go back when in need and also recommend to others. Thank you!

This is my regular place for frequent oil changes, any issue with my car, tire rotation etc. never had any problem. I think their prices are far better than other repair shops in the Round Lake area. They always complete the job in the time committed. Highly recommended for all your car repairs. Compare their prices with others places and I am sure their prices are much better.

I found this location by Google search and the rating got me. I have taken my car here twice and my mother has as well. Great people, very friendly! Good prices as well. I do not trust anybody with my car so this says a lot. Will definitely be coming back for oil changes and any issues, even though I live over an hour away.

First time having my car serviced here. Before working on my car they diagnosed the issues, and gave me a call with an estimate. No surprises. Prices were reasonable. There is a small fee for credit cards, so keep that in mind. Overall, I'm happy with their service. Would recommend!

Luis was great! I dropped off my car to him as I recently had the BRAKE light on when I'd turn the car on, or after accelerating. I recently had new... tires/rims/rotors/calipers/pads installed so I knew it wasn't them. He reviewed the codes, drove it, & kept me informed. He found the concern & had me ready to go same day! I truly appreciate it & they're local! I just know if I took it to my dealership, they'd charge me just to look at it (as they've advised me on other service & parts calls with them). Female friendly! Lol.. meaning I don’t feel like they take advantage of us girls who know nothing about cars. They take the time to explain the issue and provide different options with different price points, if possible. I’ve been to other places where I feel they take advantage of our lack of knowledge, add unecessary fixes and overcharge. Definitely recommend to all the girlies who feel lost with their car troubles lol

I will say I was fairly skeptical of this place at first, but they blew me away! Do not let the exterior fool you, these people work hard! I went and got my engine looked at because it was misfiring. They came in and told me what was wrong with my car. Very girl friendly. He fully explained what was wrong, and how it impacted my car. He told me he was able to fix it that day, and told me the price! Not just reasonable, but amazing! I hope that you read this review and decide to give it a try. 10/10 will recommend to everyone around me.

They are honest, hardworking, and they treat your car as if it were their own. On top of that, their prices are super reasonable and they genuinely care about their customers.
