I did not feel welcomed at this location at all. I came in on behalf of a family member because she comes to this location all the time. I only asked if they could check her oil and they told me "We don't do that" & that was it. Mind you my family member gets her oil checked here all the time & I've personally never experienced that at any other location. (I'm nice but not naive) I'm a very quiet person not confrontational at all and I just felt the need to post this because I didn't do anything for them to be so short & dismissive with me. I felt discriminated against and judged.

I would be cautious about this place. They sold me the wrong motor oil for my vehicle. Not sure how my car is going to be running in the next few months... Take their information like a grain of salt. Read your owners manual, and make sure they grab the CORRECT product.

Needed new windshield wipers ... get in the store and was welcomed with a heartfelt cheer. The employee showed me immediately where I could find what I needed, gave me a good advise what brand to buy and helped me installing my new wipers. This all costs five minutes ... The store is clean, there are a lot of free parking slots in front of the store ... I was totally satisfied.

Sold me the wrong battery even tho I gave them the old one and clearly said which model. and when I called 5 mins later to ask if they would wait for me as I would be back 1 min before closing they laughed at me and pretty much said oh well not my problem come back tomorrow leaving me stranded. The customer service and attention to detail at this store is just down right disgusting. Mistakes do happen and policies need to be followed but they just treat people so poorly as if we’re not all human.

Worst autozone ever. 3 employees, the first one doesn't know how to replace a battery, the second didn't want to, the 3rd said they don't do it. Went there on Monday at 3:40. 3 employees, just 1 more customer who was already leaving and me. I wanted to buy a battery, asked for the cheapest one, the employee told me it was 229, I said no, the cheapest one, I showed him the one I wanted on my phone as I already knew what I wanted to buy. I asked for help to replace the battery and this employee said he doesn't know how to do it, he then asked another employee for help and he said he was busy and couldn't do it. I understand the other employee was on the phone with another customer but I could've waited for him to finish, he said there was another customer but nobody was in the store other than me. I asked a 3rd employee if he could help me replace the battery and he said they don't do that.
