I have been trying to just take off my headrest to finish installing my seat covers on BIGRED (2004 Tahoe 🥰) The associate was so nice he found the smallest key wrench and popped it off in seconds. Terrible service. I waited in line for over 10 minutes and no one came out to say anything, not even to wait a little longer. There was no one at the front desk until a guy with a big face came out, glanced at me, and went back to the back of the store.

Wow service! Called in earlier for information. Spoke with Andy who assisted with finding the right parts. When we entered the store, Steve welcomed us with a friendly greeting 😀 . Purchased confidently the brakepads and rotors. When we asked on tips about putting the parts on, Andy helped by answering our questions and advised on what to be watchful for. We more knowledgeable. The employee was not overly enthusiastic are interested in helping a customer. He did finally take me to what I wanted in a very small pack as opposed to having a big jar but for some reason they do not sell the good to clean the dust out of your console crevices in a large container at this location. The star was otherwise clean and well-organized. I just don't understand certainly an indifferent when there are no customers in the store.

Went in today for 2 oil filters and brake cleaner. After paying immediately realized that sticker price did not match with the price paid at the register. Talking about price before tax here. Filters displayed at $16.99 and Brake cleaner at $7.99 on the shelves. Have a look at what the registers charged on the attached receipt! Pointed it out and because the employee went back with me to the shelves and was courteous I’am giving the business here 2 stars. Even he couldn’t offer a valid reason for the discrepancy. It’s important for any business to be transparent about their product pricing and charging. If your honest and forthcoming about the reasons then customers don’t mind paying higher for the same but if we have to find out like this after the purchase then it boils down to the principle. I was offered a full refund and chose the same. My intent is not to criticize but to provide feedback and awareness for both the business and its customers cheers.

My husband and I went just to get oil and a filter for our car. When we asked about the items, a young woman helped us and she was very kind and professional; however, was there really no other option for a manager? He was a young guy, around 20 years old, and I don’t think he had even the most basic customer service training. I suggest choosing a different location.
