My truck battery died in the parking lot next door at Chipotle and luckily autozone was right there. Oscar was great he helped me and got the battery changed out for me late in the shift and got me back on the road for a long drive and I’m very grateful for him and this location! This Autozone located on Dixieland road is great. Tye popele there are great at what they do. They have the parts, since it’s a HUB store. A few of them are very knowledgeable in the field. There’s one person that will go the extra mile to find the part that is needed and he has reference book that he created for extra info. Tye store is near and clean and orderly. Overall the staff is great.

Great service! I noticed my truck had starting issues, Sam took the time explaining and testing of my battery, starter and alternator. Turns out my battery was just aged an need replacement. Sam took the time and asked me questions as to how my daily driving day would go. He recommended a battery that would fit, but that exceeded the original and at a great price. He Installed it and got me a Nationwide Warranty at no additional cost. "This Store and it's employees Rock in my book" Thank you AutoZone/Sam

Hi I went in to your store #5695 and was very impressed as soon as I walked in I was greeted and the store is very nice..I went in because I needed a battery and the gentleman that helped me his name is Blue checked my battery and explained to me that I needed a new one, he answered all my questions in reference to a new battery in a timely manner. I was very impressed with his knowledge of his work and I also liked that he even installed my new battery. I was also impressed by his excellent Customer Service.
