THEY WILL CHARGE YOU UP TELL YOU ITS A PROBLEM PAY A-LOT OF MONEY JUST SO YOU CAN GET YOUR CAR BACK THE SAME AND TELL YOU ITS ANOTHER PROBLEM I DONT RECOMMEND !!!! You are better off paying an agency extra and get the work done

Customer service was ok. The guy was not rude nor unprofessional- but the price for my clock spring & labor was very pricey. Using my calculator it was supposed to be $310 with the prices he gave separately of $190 & $120 & the guy added another $5 for idk what 🙄 For me every dollar counts because I work very hard to earn my money.

My daughter took her Nissan Murano to be repaired after 6 months and $800 later, same problem , wasn't fixed, took it back, place voided warranty.

Gus was very helpful from the beginning. Went in to see why engine was overheating, went out of his way to order new spark plugs and a gasket needed. Took a few hours but only for waiting for the parts. Waiting was worth it and gave me a good price, now my car stays cool 👌 thank you, i will be back if needed.

First time i came here i was in a work vehicle. They seemed to drop what they were doing and got me back on the road quickly. Second time i brought my Yukon. Took em a little longer but I wasn't specific about time frame. They answered my calls just about every time. This place was fair, helpful, and most importantly honest. 👏 ill be back for sure!

RUN RUN RUN as far as you can!!!This is the worst experience I've ever had. Took my truck to get some transmission work on it. They took over a whole year giving me the run around, even when I prepaid the service. When the work did not get done, I asked for the money back and they told me ok. The owner gave me the majority of the money back, and told me to come back to get the rest. When I came back, the owner told me he was not going to give me anything, even if he had guaranteed the work. Now I'm out of that money that I was suppose to use to fix the truck with another mechanic. Wow!!!! Some people show there true colors when it comes to money.

If I could rate no stars I would , they had my car for a month every time I would call nobody would pick up !! I just got it back after paying almost a thousand dollars & my car is still shutting off ! Definitely would NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE!!

Small spot but the mechanic/owner was awesome. My A/C was not working I drove in on a Saturday from Houston to visit our families grave sites. He fixed everything I had a leak and a damaged valve. He got it working in less than an hour! And he was very fair with his price. It was a pleasant drive home with COLD air-conditioning. Thanks Again

While traveling through the Valley on our way home, our car was heating up and AC not working. Guys here were thorough and very helpful and got us back on the road. So thankful for them. And their restroom was the cleanest I had seen in the whole trip. Kudos to all the staff.

Guys if yal read anything today read this.. do not take your vehicle to Gustavo Rodriguez he’s not only a bad mechanic he’s a horrible one he’s had a Silverado that belongs to my friend for over 3 months and can’t get the job done always just a tomorrow. Also worked on Chevy Malibu “replaced the whole suspension” yet the car is worse then ever I message him to get my money back or warranty on the parts and all I get is the run around. Receipts are more than likely fake and he won’t give me an explanation. Don’t risk it guys trust me this guys bad news.

UPDATE- this man is a thief! He’s scandalous! We filed a law suit against him and the result was he was ordered to give the car back that he had for almost a year! He was ordered to give the money back that he took for repairs but we haven’t seen a dime of the money he stole from my family. He’s a thief! He stole the last few dollars $700 from my sister who was caring for my elderly mom who was in hospice! There were several people who filed a lawsui against him. Not only did he take their money he refused to give people their cars back! The sheriff had to cut the locks to his business to give people back their vehicles. While everybody was trying to get their cars back and figure out their situation, this man changed his number or was just refusing to answer his phone and had closed his shop so people could see their cars, but they couldn’t access them. If you read anything read this! Find another mechanic! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP! WE ARE CURRENTLY IN THE PROCESS OF FILING A LAW SUIT AGAINST THIS YOUNG MAN!!! Gus has always done great work on my vehicle! As a result I highly recommended him to my sister who cares for my mother who is currently in hospice. She paid Gus upfront to have some work done on her vehicle. He has had her vehicle for going on two months. He has given her the run around and in the meantime my sister is having to pay for Ubers, borrow people cars as she cares for my mother who is dying. We are currently in the process of filing a lawsuit and taking him to court. I really didn't want to take this route but his actions are affecting my mother getting the proper care she needs because we are without a vehicle.

I don’t know how this guy is still in business. He charged me over $500 to replace the sending unit on my 2017 Mercedes CLA-250. For the longest since he return back the car I couldn’t understand why it smelled so much like gas. Today I pulled off the seat and found out that they cut into the floor in order to replace the sending unit in a quick and easy way. They have damaged my car and they charged me for this. They are very aware of what they did.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE AT ALL!!! IM CURRENTLY FILING A LAWSUIT AGAINST GUSTAVO. He kept my vehicle as well as the down deposit he asked for upfront. It has been almost 3 years since I’ve seen my vehicle and he refused to pay back the deposit that was already given to him. He gave me the run around for 3 months before I confronted him at his shop where my car had been sitting, untouched for weeks while he was saying everything was working great. He’s a lair and a con man. When confronted he gave a bunch of bs answers and I had to threaten to call the cops for him to even speak to me. Pathetic human being. His business should be closed at this point. Please save your time and money.

They "released" my car to someone else, with zero information about who they released it to. Gave me a 2 week timeline and hadn't touched it in almost 2 months before it disappeared along with the owner of the business. Please avoid this place, they WILL either lose or steal your vehicle. They also never returned my $750 deposit.
