Sold me a truck with a salvage title. Did not disclose that it was a salvage vehicle, also did not put 3k cash I gave him on the books. Now I have court issues over a vehicle I overpaid and was cheated on .... Do not buy any vehicle from this dishonest dealer...

Starter needed to be replaced an I was told they put a new one on which was paid in full 800 by Protect My Car warranty policy an they lied because it didn't even last two weeks before the one they were suppose to have fixed wasn't working on this Monday. Plus my AC quit blowing cold air a almost 2 weeks after. So my questionis why they get paid 800 for when with in two weeks my car 2011 Acadia Denali was back to the way it was before they touched it? So I took it back to AVG Automotive an im expecting the problems they were paid for will be fixed correctly this time if not I will be making a report to Protect My Car an a law suite will be in progress. I had to get Gateway Automotive to fix the fly wheel that the teeth were broke on that this mechanic put back on with a new starter which broke it within a month. This company is shady an isn't to be trusted. I will never bring my car back to them even if they would fix it for FREE

My husband and I live in Statesville, but take all our vehicles here for repair, we even take my parents car here as well. We own a plumbing co so we have a few vehicles, I can honestly say we have never been disappointed in the work or the cost. The owner is so nice nice and wants to make sure you totally understand what the issue is and what is takes to fix it. I would highly recommend the shop.......;-))

I took 4 used tires there to have mounted on my truck. They did a good job and were very nice. I think this may be a place that gets overlooked just because of the location or the looks. Don't judge a book by its cover. Do yourself a favor and check them out.

Who in their right mind will give these mechanics any stars have lost their friggin minds cause they are shady my male friend believed in the young man mechanic better than the old but if your not their race they will screw up your vehicle. My friend bought his own thermostat an water reservoir from auto zone they were bran new an just had these people put in on two days ago an today the car over heated again so apparently if you have money to waste an you like giving money to liars an stealers then go ahead an go threw them cause they be glad to take your money an your new parts an screw up your vehicle beyond repair an if you have your vehicle on their lot to long they have a post saying they will sale your vehicle

The owner straight scammed me. Did NOTHING to fix my car and charged me over $400. I go in the first day because AT and check engine light are on. He says to leave the car overnight so they can check it. "Unsafe to drive" is what he says. Call in the next day and says he did transmission flush and changed a sensor. Damn $400 for that...but okay at least problem is fixed. I go in to pick the car up and he says he's not sure the problem is 100% fixed....that he "needs to keep it a little longer to better diagnose the problem". Okay sounds honest so I let him keep it. Then I call and he says it'll be an EXTRA $300-500 because the problem ALL ALONG was the computer. Mind you this computer only costs like $100. He says if I truly need the car back it's safe to drive because of the work he already did (what he charged me $400+ for). I literally get home with the car and my AT light turns back on and car starts having the same problems it had when I went in for a FIX. Seriously save your time and money!

Bought my first car here a few years ago. When I checked out the car the first time I was told it needed some work still and I could pick it up in a week. This included the electronic dash, radio, and blinkers not showing up. Cool that's fine, he was willing to work with my budget so I didn't mind waiting another week. Signed the paperwork and was told (red flag) "if you need any work done just give us a call!" I notice the fuel tank says full, but this seems odd to the family member who was with (and recommended Carlos to) me as he didn't know Carlos to fill tanks before he sold cars. Turns out he's right and the gas meter floats which I was not made aware of. Ok whatever, it's an older car it's not gonna be perfect. I get it home and take it out to run errands the next day. When I turn the car on none of my lights work which I was TOLD would be fixed. So my dad had to come to me and follow me home so no one rear ends me since none of my lights work. I also notice my steering wheel is out of alignment so I take my mom with me to another (closer) mechanic to get both those things look at. The mechanic comes in just a few minutes later to tell me not only are my tires dry rotted, but my chassis is being held up by VICE GRIPS. He had the car up on a lift to show us and sure enough the whole chassis is rusted and held up by a pair of grip pliers. We follow his advice and find someone to fix that and get the tires replaced ASAP as it was in no condition to be driven. Fast forward about a month and it's a 50/50 shot that the car even turns on now. I spent over a grand trying to get this car fixed up over the 3 months I had it before an accident totaled it. I had brought these issues up to the office and Carlos and they pretty much told me it's not their problem since I bought it as is. They sold me a lemon and expected me to come back to them for the maintenance needed. I was 19 working my first job after leaving college and this couldn't have been more of a slap in the face. Be cautious purchasing either cars or services from here.
