I m military working for NATO and I had to deal with some issues on my cars. Brian is an honest, communicative and knowledgeable mechanics. He always takes time to explain (even during busy time, thanks again ;) what s wrong on the car and gives always good advices.One of my car is a Honda that I brought with me from my country which is European standard and he could find what was wrong and did the repairs. It s now 3 years I come to his garage and I would recommend him to anyone.

This shop is the most honest I have found in the Hampton Roads . Very thorough on their job and very competent on their repairs. Its start with Brian the owner which is there all the time and his employees follow his example on excellence . This shop has have my trust for the last 7 years and never failed on their promises. I'm usually very skeptical of automotive repair shops, especially those that have 5 stars with less than a few hundred reviews. However, it seems this time my skepticism proved to be unnecessary. They were quick and professional; performing an alignment, tire rotation as well as diagnosing, locating the cracks in my fuel line quickly and repairing said leaks within just a few hours! Allowing me the opportunity to retrieve my Jeep the same day I had dropped it off. My only complaint being the customer service could've been slightly better, having to call in myself if they had diagnosed the check engine light issue yet as to give the okay to begin repairs but in all fairness when I had called it could've finished all of 5 minutes prior to my call and hadn't gotten around to contacting me yet. That being said, it seems if a slight inefficiency in customer service is all you have to complain about, you've got yourself a pretty good repait shop. A very pleasant experience overall and my Jeep is riding better than ever with the check engine light no longer glaring at me through my dash and my fuel gauge retaining its fill a bit longer. Cudos to y'all and keep up the good work.

Originally took my car to ford and realized they were trying to pull one over on me so I took my vehicle here. My friend referred me and highly recommended this place and especially Brian the mechanic . I didn’t have an appointment, I just showed up and they had an excellent service and the next day my car was up and running. The gentleman even asked if I wanted to see the old parts. I highly recommend this place. Very honest and good people. Hard to find a place like this now a days with everyone trying to rip people off.

Brian and his staff were terrific. I brought my truck in thinking the worst because it appeared I was having a rear end issue. I'm a shade tree mechanic but when it comes to possible drive train issues I defer to the pros. I'm glad I did because as it turned out it was a minor issue with a drive shaft shield/collar rubbing against the drive shaft. Easy fix and not the potentially thousand plus dollars a transmission shop would have charged me for an unnecessary rear end rebuild. Brian and Cissy had me in and out in a few hours. It's heart warming to know you can trust your mechanic and after dealing with a lot of less than honest garages and dealerships it was a B-lessing to find B Automotive. Brian was honest, pleasant and straight forward. You gotta love that!

Employees are professional and informative. The owner Brian goes above and beyond and is exceedingly reliable, knowledgeable, accommodating, timely, and offers reasonable pricing. I've had nothing less than complete satisfaction for every visit. State inspections, oil & filter changes, check engine lights, tire repair, etc. I've maintained both my vehicles here over the past 3-4 years (2007 Saturn Aura and 2017 Rav4). I won't go anywhere else and will continue to always recommended their shop to friends, family, and coworkers.

Second time bringing a vehicle to Brian at B Automotive. He is THE guy to find and fix your cars. No project is too big for these guys. He had to drop my engine and trans, he changed out motor mounts and all hoses and thermostat while he was into it. No worries about "something else" happening with what he's working on. It was a V-8 Hemi and he really knew what he was doing.

Excellent, honest service. Called to make an appointment for a diagnosis on a problem with our minivan. Got an appointment within a week. Diagnosis was free. Appointment was at 8am and they were prompt and ready, even before then. The mechanic was efficient and communicated the problem clearly, answering all my questions. Because the parts were in stock, they were able to service the vehicle right then. I waited with my 4 children. The waiting room was very clean. The front desk staff was kind, welcoming and helpful. They had a clean bathroom we were able to use. Overall, great experience, which is not surprising because they came recommended by other family. Would definitely use again if any other issues arose.

First visit. Recommended by a friend who is very knowledgeable about cars, and maintains his own classic car. I had my BMW 230 serviced, and had a state inspection done as well. I was impressed with the professionalism, the explanations, and the work bays (I know my way around an Army motor pool.) Highly recommend this place!
