I'm working here and from out of town. I chose the place closest from my hotel. The employees were honest and courteous from the beginning and it turned out to be only a minor issue. He tested everything and fixed the minor issue and had my truck up and running the very next day! I would recommend this business 110% of the time. They're honest and they quick...even looking at the cars they have outside the shop. Very nice people and extremely professional! Thanks fellas!

I work at a repair facility in town and had a vehicle that had previously been worked on by B&B. We were having trouble with bleeding a clutch they had previously replaced. I was able to call and talk to them. They answered all of my questions and even offered to come to our shop and take a look with their Technician. They came out at the time they said they would be here, tech brought all of his own tools and fixed the problem for us. I was so impressed that they were willing to take time out of their day to help another shop out. Based how they communicated with me, their knowledge and willingness to help I would definetly recommend the folks at B &B Auto Services.

They helped me out of a huge jam. They didn't have to do it as quickly, cheaply, or as responsively as they did. I drove to Pensacola from Atlanta and my engine would overheat at an idle. I was on vacation w my family and in a different state. They could have charged me anything and I probably would have paid it. They charged less than 200 and I had them put in a new battery too. Did it in one day. Responsive on the phone, friendly. Five stars. Unreserved recommendation

I took my vehicle to a another shop. Here in Pensacola after it had started running ruff. The mechanic at that shop told me he could fix my car for 1500. As a women I felt like I was getting taken advantage of. I pulled up to B&B Auto service. A gentleman name James is who I spoke with. I told him what I had going on. He checked it out right on the spot. Told me the problem. Wich as a fraction of what the other shop had quoted me. He was able to get it done the same day. He even gave me and daughter a ride home. And picked us back up in a couple hours. And my car was running better then it ever had. Thank you Mr. James for everything. Your shop is the most honest and trusting automotive shop I as a women have ever been inn. Thank you again Mr.James.

My wife and I were on vacation in Pensacola when the brakes on our car started grinding and making tremendous noise. We are a long way from home (Wisconsin) and don't know where to go and who to trust. I am pretty car savvy and if I was at home, I could fix them myself. We called a few places and their tentative estimates over the phone were quite high. We call Jimmy D's and they spoke honestly over the phone and gave us a reasonable expectation of costs to repair. (Still uncomfortable, but hopeful). Went there and dropped the car off. He said 1.5 to 2.0 hrs. Stopped back in 1 hour, car was done. Rear axle pads and rotors at 1/2 the cost of 3 other estimates. I was blown away that there are still some honest and well skilled mechanics around. TRUST THIS PLACE, as a fair and good mechanic!

Perfect customer service, rarely as a customer Does a business and the owner exceed my expectations. In this situation B&B auto repair did exceed my expectations greatly. Customer service was respectful and listened and responded appropriately. The repair work was done in a reasonable time and at a reasonable cost. I went in to the shop after reading all the good reviews and my experience far exceeded anything I expected. I had an issue with my Honda passport not starting, it was an abnormal issue that turned out to be a starter interrupt malfunction that they resolved free of charge. I can not thank James and his Father enough. James was very respectful and knowledgeable and kept me updated the entire time my car was getting looked at. I've never been to a more honest shop, I would recommend B&B Auto Service to anyone.

I don't normally write reviews but I have never met a shop owner as nice and sweet as Mr. Jimmy and his son James. They worked diligently to diagnose and fix my sons car. When my son went to pick up his car the invoice stated "no charge". What a blessing this was to my son when he didn't really have the money after getting the raw deal from previous mechanic work. To this father and son team me and my son greatly appreciate and them dearly for their hard work and compassion shown towards us. Thanks SO much.

I found this company after a recommendation from my friend. As a woman, finding a good mechanic can be daunting. You're looking at people lying to you because your knowledge of auto repair is limited or backyard mechanics who are scary and not dependable. And then you have James, Kaitlyn and Jimmy, the owners of B & B. My experience has been great. They saved me from a possible serious accident from a backyard mechanic who botched my brake job. James was shocked to see what my brakes looked like. I am grateful nothing happened. Since then they have shown kindness, honesty and integrity. I know I can depend on them to do a great job and do it right first time. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
