Great repair work! Awesome customer service!! Top notch service!! Everyone there is super friendly from the front office to the technicians. We have used them for at least 4 repairs over the years. They are very honest and transparent! They stand behind their repairs even if your insurance wont guarantee, due to them not being in their network. Blake is very knowledgeable, professional and informative. The whole staff is awesome!! I don't want to use any other place for my repairs!! Trust me they are GREAT!! I am a VERY picky person and I like things to be perfect. They have satisfied me EVERYTIME!!

I've had to use B&D on (sadly) several occasions. They are the best and do the BEST job on repairs. What also sold me on using them for as long as they're in business is that they warranty their work for as long as you have the car! I'm a forever customer. First let me start off by saying that amazing customer service and attention to detail are very important to me. And from what I have experienced from this company's owner, staff, and management they have surpassed my expectations. The reason I came here was mostly due to the previous reviews I was reading, and the fact I did not want to take my car to an assembly line establishment that just wants to get the car out as fast as possible. I wanted to take my car to a shop that cares and enjoys the work they do as well as treat their customers like they care and provides quality work! I am glad I made the right choice in bringing in our family vehicle to B&D paint and body. It’s a choice I don’t regret in the least. And if I have any other needs I will for sure return here.

They did a wonderful job overall. We used our insurance and paid the deductible. Only gripe was we were Initially was told it was going to be done on a Friday but ended up being Tuesday. I understands there is delay due to parts and such but I had to adjust another car due to timing. But when you see the final product you wouldn’t complain because of the great work they did.

B&D has been my go-to body shop for over 15 years! Most recently, they helped with an 11 month old Honda Accord that had been rear-ended. They guided me through the process--keeping my needs first! Prior to that they replaced a busted driver-side mirror on a late model Toyota Camry. It was as good as new, with no surprises. Really thankful for their pricing, since this one was out-of-pocket instead of insurance. That same car needed the front quarter panel/bumper repainted due to some construction debris that was hit. Paint was perfectly matched. Price was exactly what had been quoted. Very important since this one was also under the deductible. They also helped with my son's older BMW 325i. The under carriage cover was damaged. I'm a fan for life of B&D! SW

Just doing another post for B and D paint and body in Mesquite. We had a little accident with our BMW, a piece of plate glass shattered on the hood, scratched it all over as the pics show. We took it up, and spoke with Blake, he took care of it, with complete confidence. When we picked the car up as in my previous review the car looked amazing the hood was fantastic. There was one or two little spots when I first got there Blake noticed but you had to look really hard to see them, I don’t know how he did, I’m not sure the majority of people would have noticed them. He said give me another day and we’ll get these buffed out and redone which course we did and the hood is amazing. Can’t say enough about how B and D treats their clients as if they were family, their clients vehicles as if they were their own. Everyone at this company is a total professional from how they act (which is genuine) to the work they do. Do yourself a favor, if there is any auto bodywork you need go there at least to talk to them. Give them a chance and I know that will be your go to Paint & Body for all your needs. These are not photoshopped pictures, just took them on a nice day.

B&D has been very helpful getting my 3 vehicles back up and running. They have repaired hail damage on a Honda Accord. They repaired dents and damage on a Nissan Altima. Finally, a deer hit a Nissan Altima of mine. B&D worked with the Geico adjuster to get the front end completely restored to look brand new. B&D was able to complete all vehicles in a timely manner. I definitely recommend using B&D Collision in Mesquite!

The bumper paint job is noticeably off, with the red being a shade darker than the rest of the car, and this mismatch is very obvious up close. Additionally, the logo was reattached backward, which I had to fix myself. Allowing a customer to leave with such poor-quality work is completely unacceptable. UPDATE. It’s disappointing that I had to escalate this issue and file a dispute just to get a response from your business. Numerous people, including professionals I’ve consulted says it does not meet even basic standards. Why would I trust you to fix the problem when the job wasn’t done right the first time? I’ve even shared the situation online, and the feedback is unanimous—this reflects laziness and a lack of attention to detail. While I will cancel my dispute, I want to be clear that I will never return to your shop. I will be taking my vehicle to another body shop.

I have had body work done on my vehicles before. This is my first time I experience commitment, honesty and quality. When you have all three of these. You have a great business. A few months ago, I called and asked if they would be able to look at my car because I kept hearing a small scraping sound whenever I would push the brake. They looked at my car immediately and fixed the problem very quickly. Bobby's entire team took very good care of me! I'm especially grateful to Lance, who was very thorough and made sure everything was good. He even filled air in my tires and did stuff to make all the hazard signals on my dashboard go away! Great communication throughout. They updated me on everything and contacted me as soon as it was ready to go. Then last week, I brought both our vehicles in for car battery replacement in one and tail light replacement in the other. Again, the staff was incredibly kind and fixed everything in a timely manner. The entire team did a phenomenal job! Definitely recommend this shop and their crew!
