This location need to be close they are 100% not responsible and do not take responsibility on problems they made . Visit this place few days ago fix some electronica issue in my car instead of fixing they made it worse. For sure I won’t visit this place again I did not think you would react differently. It just proves your credibility. Lucky you revealed to everyone who you are and how responsible your business is. You will not see me coming to this area because you are a worthless brat and do not value customers.! I'm disgusted with people like you

Thanks to Mohamad my car is on the road again. Time and time again I have always went or came to Mohamad for my vehicles and so has my family. I have family that comes from California just to get guaranteed service. Not once has he ever kept our vehicle over night unless agreed upon and he doesn't work on stuff that doesn't need work. Never recieved a phone call about "oh this is what's wrong with the car, I need to fix this to." No. He finds the problem, shows you what it will cost you and how long it will take and how many vehicles he has in front of you and he will do this in front of you as well. No gimmicks or games. Very very reliable mechanic right here.

I will never ever take my cars anywhere else he is honest and up front he is busy so call ahead and make a appointment the same amount of time you wait while he cares for someone else he will give the same care time and attention to you. This is the shop of shops in las Vegas. Very knowledgeable mechanics. Warm and welcoming staff and at a very reasonable prices. I think the service superseded the price by a landslide. Believe me this is the shop for you. All 3 of my vehicles have been properly serviced and fixed.

I do not. For the life of me. Recommend this place to anyone. We went there off of a customer refferal...which was said to be very good, affordable, and professional. We met with Muhammad(who is the owner) and the consultation went fine. he did a diagnostic on our vehicle, told us what (we thought) was everything wrong with it, how much all the parts cost, and how much it would be in total to fix the car. My husband pick the car up (before leaving the shop asked the person if everything was in fact fixed and was informed that it was) and got a mile away from the shop when he realized that there was a big problem. He had our vehicle over a mouth only to find that he only put a bandaid on some of the issues (stop leak in the radiator)and the others were ignored. We called the shop looking for Muhammad to let him know what was going on to only be met with a green-horn mechanic who knew nothing of what was going on and an absent Muhammad who is said to be all of the sudden "out of town". The man informed us that our head gasket need to be replaced(this was not on the list of issues with the car after the diagnostic tests were done). It has been over a month since the incident and we can not for the life of us get in touch with this person. We call...we show up...and he is NEVER there. Please people do not waste your time or money. Be blessed🙏🙏🙏

I've been coming here for 2 years now, I came in for the awesome deal on oil changes ($13 after taxes and fees) and stayed for the bigger repairs. The owner and crew are very helpful and honest. I have referred several friends here and always hear positive feedback. I wish that I would have always had access to a mechanic like this!

This place is definitely a shop that Can be trusted.. I brought my Buick over to him because Nevada decided to change the Classic Rod and Classic vehicle loophole and it was time to get my 1997 Buick Regal Smog ready.. Muhammad went through the car with a fine tooth comb and fixed All the issues at a reasonable and fair price .. My Buick passed smog in flying colors and is a joy to drive again .. Thank You Brother ..! He is definitely a professional and one who will have my business for as long as i live in Las Vegas.....!

The best mechanic ever. He's honest and very helpful. Prices are very reasonable and Mohammad is a great guy. I don't agree with sharrell lindsey because I've been going to Mohammad for 8 years and he would not do such a thing. When it comes to mechanics it's easy to blame the shop when the person isn't sure about the issue and I believe that's what happened here. Thank Mohammad for always helping my family with our cars.

I've been having every vehicle that I've owned serviced at this place for the past 5 years. The owner Muhammad and his guys are absolutely amazing. I have a hard time trusting automotive shops but these guys can be trusted 100%. Besides the excellent and diligent work, the customer service is excellent as well. They will never leave you in the dark and the pricing is great too. I would, just as I have in times past, recommend BAAM Automotive to everyone.

BAAM Thank goodness honest mechanics still exist! We brought our car there after a friend recommended them. We had just been told we needed a new engine at $8,700 from another shop in the northwest valley. Even though BAAM is not in our neighborhood we will only use BAAM in the future. Mohammad was able to pinpoint the problem (headgasket)and a few other parts, the bill came to under $2,000. He also said the remainder of the engine was in fine shape and would be dependable for quite a while yet. Thank you Mohammad for being a man of God, honest and reputable. I will be recommending you to all my friends.

If you’re looking for an honest mechanic and honest prices this is the place to go . My family have been using Mohammed for almost 20 years my mom took her cars here and now my family take our cars here. Most recently my brother in law Was quoted $1,000 to fix his truck at a random mechanic shop. Same fix at Baam with Mohammed half the price.
