So I hit a deer that caused pretty extensive damage to the front of my car. I’ve got to say, I’m very pleased with the overall experience. They were very open and clear with communication, I ended up getting the repaired car back much faster than anticipated. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and helpful. The repair work appears to be flawless. It looks and runs exactly like it did before the accident. As much as I don’t want to end up in this situation again, I’d absolutely be happy to have them work on my vehicles in the future.

They did a bad job of fixing my vehicle after a minor deer collision incident. I might need to get my car fixed elsewhere now because they refuse to acknowledge the problems despite their claim of service warranty. I already spoke to them multiple times to no avail. Don’t mind their reply to this review, it’s just empty words, I have the resources to walk away from their botched job, you might not, take your business elsewhere. Irresponsive reps: Jesten being the point of contact for me and dishonest management: Sam Retslov who just straight up refused to acknowledge any problems in the job they had done. Disgraceful.

I Brought my 2020 F350 Tremor in, the office stsff were great, and there time line from start to finish was Awsome!! Kept me informed all the way thru process. Got me in ithin a week to get process started. Very happy with the job at the end. Gentleman named Guy did the work. Great job. After a deer jumped onto the hood of my new car (yes, that is correct.. it was not hit; it jumped onto my car), somehow only leaving a couple scuffs and scratches, I went to Ball Auto Body to get an estimate for repair. They asked me to wait in the waiting room while they worked on the estimate. I was shocked when a short time later, they let me know that I was good to go without an estimate, as they had perfectly buffed out the scuffs and scratches free of charge. I am so grateful for their kindness and will absolutely be back if I ever need body work in the future!

My car looks great! I am sure many places can provide good repairs, and this one did. What amazed me is the high level of communication throughout the process, and the fact they have a well thought out system. I haven’t had body work done on a car for over 20 years but my experience then was not as streamlined as this. Ball Body appears to be expert, customer-centric and super efficient. To top it all my car upon return was as clean as it was when I first bought it - inside and out. I’m very impressed.

I took my Buick in for a bumper repair after someone rear ended me. The repair was fantastic! The paint matched beautifully, and my car is a tri-color, which is hard to match! Then the repairs were supposed to take a week, but they got it done EARLY, by 5 days...it only took 3 days to repair! They were awesome at keeping me informed along the way of what was happening with my car. The office staff were amazing to work with and helped me with getting a rental. I can't say enough great things! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Through the process I received multiple progress updates, and my repairs were done sooner than I expected. Thank you!! To look at my Highlander you would never know that I did battle with Bambi. Ball's work was impeccable and they used OEM parts to be sure of proper fit and finish. I highly recommend Ball Body Shop, they have exceptional customer service, estimators and repair technicians. EDIT: After only 2 weeks I needed Ball again. Once again it was great communication and quality work combined with a fresh detail and exemplary customer service. Thank you, again!

Good communication from start to finish. Good quality work. Took 7 business days to repair gouge in left gate and some minor bumper damage. Might seem like should go fast but modern cars are complex with backup cameras, rear wipers, electronic lift controls etc in the rear. That plus LOTS of vehicles in repair queue these days so this is minimum of what anyone should plan for with a reputable body shop. They also took care of returning my rental car for me to Enterprise down the street.

Ball Body shop is just Wonderful! I was able to get in right away to have my vehicle checked. Thought I would have to go to Smart motors for the repair, but they were able to repair it there. The communication was the best I've ever had. Everyone was so kind and friendly, especially Rebecca! They even washed and cleaned the inside. I can recommend Ball Body Shop without hesitation. The hallmark of my experience was excellent communication. The day after I dropped off my vehicle, Rebecca called and went through the damages and my claim, line by line, and answered all my questions. I received daily updates about the damages from a hit-and-run collision, the insurance claim, and when they would have my car finished and ready. Everyone was courteous and friendly. My car was returned looking better than before the accident, and I am completely satisfied with the repair.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience! Communication was excellent—very fast, clear, and I was kept updated throughout the entire process. My car is number 110 of only 250 made, so I needed someone who would truly take care of it. They went above and beyond—my car looks better now than when it was new.
