My van was brought here to have the transmission replaced. When I got it back, the transmission was leaking fluid so I told them about it. I was told that the only o e who could fix it wasn't there and wouldn't be for a month. The guy I spoke to said he didn't answer the phone when my husband called because it wasn't his job. It took him 5 minutes to find my key so I could take my van to have their work fixed so I can actually drive it. I do NOT recommend this shady place.

Very very POOR SERVICE!!!! This guy drove my mom’s vehicle around for 3 1/2 months straight WITHOUT fixing anything that needed to be fixed. Ducked & dodged phone calls when he was called to get an update on the repairs for the truck. The vehicle was NEVER supposed to be moved from the shop that was SUPPOSED to be fixing it (1300 Alpine) my mom was never even asked for permission to take the truck anywhere yet the truck was gone, driven, & disappeared for majority of the time that they had the vehicle (around 2 1/2 months out of the 3 1/2 months that the truck was supposedly getting fixed it was nowhere to be seen). We found him driving around casually through the city in the truck (W/O permission) after the truck was supposed to be at the shop at 9am that day (which it clearly wasn’t)!!! When he noticed that we were following him he proceeded back to the shop trying to lose us as we were tailing him almost hitting 4 cars, going 80-85 around the GR S curve on the highway, not using turn signals, & also going 50 in a 25 down the back streets once off the highway. She had a different LICENSED MECHANIC meet her at the shop once he finally arrived w/ the truck after driving like a maniac….& the truck still was NOT fixed & in fact had way more damage to both the engine & the body of the truck than it first arrived at the shop with. Instead of 1 cylinder misfiring on the engine (like it first arrived with) it now had SIX! Had multiple scrapes & dings due to whoever was driving it for the 3 1/2 months hitting other vehicles…even had FRESH paint from hitting another vehicle. Also had a large crack on the bumper which I’m going to state again NONE of this was on the truck prior to dropping the vehicle off to them to get fixed. He then refused to give the truck back to my mom & proceeded to tell her that she owed HIM even though the truck now had body damage (that I did NOT arrive with!) & the engine misfire (which was what it was brought there for) wasn’t even fixed & in fact it was WORSE!!! I would not recommend this auto shop to my worst ENEMY! They are very scandalous & fraudulent!!! Reminds me of Matilda’s dads auto shop from the movie 🙄

Beware!!! I will be filing suit against this shop and the shop at 1300 Alpine Ave NW for messing up my Mercedes engine and a great amount of body damage when I finally demanded my vehicle back almost 3 1/2 months later. Police were called and a report was filed. Very crooked and terrible work. Went in with 1 misfire and returned with 6 misfires and front and back damage. Absolutely insane!!!
