I just want to thank the staff at Grapewood for looking over my 2011 Chevrolet Colorado and providing there in site. They were the 3rd shop I took it too and they provided the best information on my car. Unfortunately I am in a terrible situation but they provided me with extended information I needed on my vehicle and really opened my eyes as to how dangerous it was while driving my car for the last year that I’ve owned it.

1 star was given because truck was brought there for some frame work and to be fixed up after an accident that was cause from hitting a tree, after I got the truck back everything was good until I was driving hit a big enough bump and alignment came out, along with that I just tried getting that fixed come to find out they put adjustable controll arms on, camper bolts are completely stripped and now going to require more than alignment work to fix it, don’t recommend.

Got rear-ended and after taking my truck to grapewood frame and axle they quote me $700.00. I bought the bumper with brackets and I have to tell you, those guys did an absolute amazing job.

Loving our Michigan winters! I slid into a curb. Another shop kept my vehicle for the first six weeks of the year affirming the frame is square and replacing parts. I was then told my car “couldn’t be aligned”. Within a day or two Grapewood Garage not only identified the issue, but they had it repaired and returned. I highly recommend this shop.

Quick and wonderful experience going through Grapewood. Smacked my car up this past winter and couldn’t find any shops that would just straighten the frame without wanting to tack on $8000 worth of parts and color matching. I have ‘95 Buick roadmaster. I’d just buy a new car if that was the case. From dropping my car off to getting it back, maybe 2/3 days. They were even under the estimate they gave me. Two thumbs up. 10/10. More stars if possible.

First let me start off by saying thank you to everyone at Grapewood Garage and if you are thinking of bringing your vehicle here, just do it. I brought my newly bought used car in for axle and frame damage due to rust (it also needed a lot of suspension work), and they let me do it in 2 parts, taking care of the safety issues first and then the rest on the second round. It is like driving a brand new car now. I cannot thank you enough for the service, professionalism, and compassion for my car woes.

Definitely get second option on any work you need done their prices are through the roof and found out we didn’t need a lot of the work Manuel said we needed. Not the same place since Bill sold it. WATCH OUT $$$ and get second or even third option on work they recommend that you need done because you probably don’t need what they say you need done. By doing this I saved $800.00 on my last quote from them and I could have saved $1300 on the previous job they did for me… don’t think I’ll be going back again. It’s sad when shops like this gouge people especially in todays economy.

Awesome work by Grapewood. I had them straighten my front frame rails and expected the radiator support to need replacing also, but they were able to salvage the existing support which saved me hundreds. They even threw on my fenders that were sitting in the trunk. Very quick turnaround and great customer service. Highly recommended.

Grapewood was able to fix a suspension issue that the Nissan dealer could not fix. Also, during the repair, two additional needed parts were identified. Felipe mans the Service Desk and has excellent customer support skills. As the parts were not initially quoted, he included them at no charge. We would definitely return to Grapewood Garage for any future suspension or steering issues. I highly recommend Grapewood Garage.

10/10...my Jeep Grand Cherokee needed suspension work and Grapewood was recommended to me by another local garage who didn't have the capability (the dealership recommended I take it to a local garage to save $$$).
