I had a car that the motor was bad and the dealership wouldn't cover and unlimited auto service helped me by letting me make payments to have it fixed. I really do appreciate their patience with me and understanding and willingness to work with me during this hard time in my life. They really know what their doing and what their talking about when it comes to cars. Very respectful, knowledgeable, patient, caring and friendly. You can trust them with your car. If your anything like me you really need and must have reliable transportation. They even helped me get the best price for engine. They explained everything to me to where i could understand and they even let me know that i was the customer not the warranty dept! I definitely will be a returning customer!

Terrible service. They gave me the runaround for two weeks, would not return my calls, and then I finally talked to someone, only for them to tell me they still needed to call somebody. They hadn't started doing anything at that moment. So, at this point, I went up there. They told me they were still waiting to hear from the dealership. I went to talk to the people at the dealership, and they said they hadn't received a call from the shop and were going to call and see what was going on the next morning. The dealership called me back and told me the shop said they wouldn't be able to get me in until October 16th, 2025. They had had my car for a month already, and it's not even September yet. So I took it to another shop. I strongly advise you to never take your vehicle to this place, especially if you only have one vehicle. They do not care if you have to get to work. They don't care if you have kids that depend on your vehicle. They are going to drag their feet and not say anything all at the same time.
