I called before driving to the store and the gentleman who answered was very helpful and friendly. After verifying the type of battery I needed and that they had them in stock, I bought them online (had a 10% off for online purchase and pick up in store). Checked in when I got to the store and they were very helpful and prompt with getting the batteries loaded into my pickup. Very good experience overall.

I purchased two batteries for my cars key fob. I had one of the key fob’s with me so they replaced the battery on site. I took the other battery home to replace the battery in the second key fob. I had trouble opening up the back of the key fob so I took it back to the store for some help. I was told my a long haired hippie freak that he could not put the battery in the key fob. When I asked him again, he stated would have to charge me $16.95 to replace the battery even though I bought the battery at this store. Customer service is terrible and I will not back to patronize this establishment.

Absolutely ridiculous. Was refused phone repair service by staff member after showing them proof of purchase. Even going as far to contacting another Batteries Plus to verify the purchase and warranty. Had to take my business next door to a competitor just to fix my issue with my phone. I hope we can come to some sort of a resolution because this was handled so poorly.

Went to get my Seiko watch battery replaced which they did. The next day, after working out the crystal had water vapor obscuring the dial. This continued for several days so I bought a watch repair kit and opened up the back and lo and behold the gasket to seal the watch was in pieces inside the watch. This could have only happened when the "technician" replaced my battery. This on a $200 watch. Now I have to either buy a new watch or try to find a gasket that may or may not fit. I would not recommend these folks for watch battery replacement unless you want a watch filled with moisture.

If you have any phone issues and live in the Tuscaloosa area, Batteries Plus is the place you need to go to! I walked in the other day hoping to get my screen fixed (pixelation and display was messed up). Within an HOUR, my phone was good as new! Also did I mention I received excellent customer service? The guy at the front was extremely helpful and kind! From now on, I will be going to Batteries Plus for any phone issues I may have in the future!

Great prices and quality service. I first (stupidly) went to the store next door called uBreakiFix and they were charging $55 for a charging port cleaning and $50 for a screen protector. This place charged only $12 for each. The guy was helpful and quick. He replaced my screen protector and it looks great. I will be back to get a copy of my car key next because the price he gave me was well below previous quotes. I do not recommend the place next door (uBreakiFix) as they are clearly desperate, trying to price gouge customers right next to a competitor charging 1/5 of the price for the same services.

The owner said yes and had it ready when I got there 15 mins later... she installed it all herself despite being the only one working the store. It was so easy she didn't even charge extra for the install. Great experience!

WARNING - DO NOT BUY Today, I returned a battery, uniquely, 21 days beyond the 2yr replacement warranty and the guy working the store would not warranty, exchange or offer any discount whatsoever on a new battery. My vehicle is a second home vehicle, very low usage. Can you say, “Planned Obsolescence”. BATTERY PLUS JUST LOST MY BUSINESS, 5 vehicles, 2 boats, 3 motorcycles, plus, plus!

Waited 20 minutes to check out, associate was working on a repair for another customer. I asked how much longer as I am ready to checkout with one item. Stated I am not sure. Need to have better processes for situations like this. Had to go elsewhere for the battery. Won’t be back as no apologies for the long wait and don’t have time to wait 30 plus minutes to checkout.

Felicia was great. I dropped the phone off around 5pm with the guy with a beard. He clearly did not want to do any work. I only needed a battery for my iPhone 12. He said the lady working Sunday would call me when ready. The store opened that Sunday at 10am I called the store at 12:30pm and she had no idea what I was calling for bc she didn’t know my phone was even dropped off. The guy the day before left the phone in the back (not where it should have been)Felicia said that was not protocol and I actually should have filled out form giving them permission to work on the phone. The phone was not placed where it should have been and if I hadn’t called she wouldn’t have even known my phone was left for repair. Therefore I missed an important meeting bc I couldn’t leave Tuscaloosa without my phone. Long story short Felicia got right on it and change the battery. She was very kind and professional. Next door at ubreakwefix was going to charge me same price but also said that since I had a tiny tiny crack in screen (so tiny) that I would also have to pay for a screen. Felicia fixed me right on up and my screen was no issue . I’m satisfied bc of her . Thanks again Felicia !
