AMAZING! The guys there were ALL extremely friendly! Made us feel like family from the moment we walked in the door! Didn't even have an appointment and they still had us in and out within an hour or so! AND they have a nice waiting room. Very comfy couches! Definitely the place to go if you're looking for a "go to" car shop. Won't ever be taking my business elsewhere ever again! Thank you Bavaria for making my car troubles one less stress to my day!

I purchased 4 new Michelin Pilot Sport 3 run flat tires for my 2011 BMW 335i coupe and had them installed by Bavaria. When I arrived I was greeted promptly, Joe went over the process of what they where going to do. Explained that they would check the vehicles alignment at no cost and if it was not good would notify me and it would be my choice to have it done there or not (no pressure). He also suggested adding the road hazard policy to each tire quoted the pricing and again no pressure to do so. I made the decision to have the alignment done there and added the road hazard policy. Long story short I am extremely happy with the entire experience! Total honesty which is rare these days and the pricing is very reasonable! I Highly recommend Bavaria!

Took my Mercedes in to have the tires replaced. Brand new Michelin tires at a great price. Joe walked me through everything they would do. I also ended up getting new windshield wiper blades and an alignment. Everything was done fast and you can’t be the price and friendly people. I was sent text messages through the process to let me know how things were going and what was needed. At the end I was given the computer reports on my car with all the details and Joe event sent off the Michelin rebate for me. My car hasn’t driven this well since I bought it. Awesome job. Highly recommend.

Joe is an excellent businessman and expert mechanic. It's my second time I have taken my vehicle (Mercedes S550) to his shop. Both time was outstanding with his diagnostic approach and his repairs not to mention a very fair price. He is going to be my automotive service professional from here on. Also thanks to Wade and rest of the guys in service bay for outstanding work ethics. Great job guys.

Joe is very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I received a very nice service today as usual. I used Bavaria for couple times and love the service. Last night, my Mercedes engine light turned on while driving, and I called joe this morning. He told me to check the gas cap to see if the minor thing got the engine light on. I did but still could not fix the issue. I dropped off the car during lunch. Joe has his mechanics check on the car and gave me recommendations, without any charge. Joe told me customer satisfaction is very important to his business. I truly believe that and experience that today. Thank you Joe for your excellent service!

Joe at Bavaria is always reliable, courteous and knowledgeable. It takes more than just experience and skill to do what they do -they have passion, dedication and are trust worthy. I have serviced my BMW X5 here for several years now and will continue to come back. Not only do they do quality work but Joe’s team is always accommodating, dropping me off, picking me up, returning my rental when covered, texting me updates….clearly going above and beyond. I highly recommend Bavaria to anyone looking for a good honest mechanic that does great work for prices not even comparable to the dealer. They deliver on their promise of customer service with complete customer satisfaction.

Is been a while since I used this shop, mainly because I have not had the need. I am happy to report that they are even delivering better service than before. Now, do you not only get great mechanics but the shop now gives great customer service. When was the last time your mechanic called you to ask if you are happy with the work he performed? Hell, I would take my lease to the dealer and they never called to check up on their work. So you can't go wrong with Bavaria, the legacy continues.

I can't say enough great things about Bavaria, Joe, and his excellent team of technicians. They are honest professionals who truly care about the customer. They have market leading tools and technology that rival the dealerships. Their technicians are highly trained and knowledgeable about a wide variety of cars and trucks (not just German cars). And the best thing is that you pay very reasonable prices. You don't pay the 3-5 times dealership markup. To top it off, they'll drop you off at home and pick you up when your car is ready. They'll communicate with you as often as you'd like. This past service on my Porsche, his guys even detailed my car free of charge. I offered to pay for the detail work and he refused! Each and every time I come here for service, my expectations are exceeded. Joe reminds me of the days when service professionals actually cared about their customers. The dealerships care too... about your money. The good folks at Bavaria want you to be happy and loyal and that's what they will have from me. They also earned my 100% trust and confidence. Thank you, Bavaria, for all that you do.

Joe and his staff took care of me like I was one of their own. Solved my car troubles within a ONE day window. Joe also kept in touch throughout the week post-repair to make sure my truck was running properly. Parts and labor were fairly priced I have no complaints. I’ll be coming back for all my mechanic needs! 10 out of 10! Highly recommend!

We own 2 relatively new Mercedes SUV's, one of which had a nasty shake in the front end up over 55mph. We took it to Mercedes and they didn't really seem to know what was going on other than to want to start selling us everything. Then we brought it to Joe and the crew at Bavaria. I notified him that my wife would be needing the car soon for a long trip for work. Not only did they fix the shake very quickly, but he suggested a couple of other repairs that should be done in order to ensure my wife's safety for her trip, 1 of which was new tires. He didn't push it but he did send me a video of the current condition of the tires and recommended tires for the car that were astronomically cheaper than anything we had ever been "offered" at Mercedes. Additionally, he arranged for a rental car for me at a discounted rate and had a courier drive me to the rental car agency. I was kept updated as to the status of the car and it was done FAST. Joe and his team were professional, courteous, forthright, fair, and at NO TIME did I feel like I may be being taken advantage of. (Which happens fairly often if you own an expensive car). My experience at Bavaria is without a doubt a 10 out of 10 and I would recommend them without reservation to anyone. If EVERY business gave the kind of service that I am grateful enough to have received at Bavaria Automotive, the world would definitely be a sweeter place. Thanks guys!!

Highly recommended!! Bavaria delivered the best auto repair experience I’ve ever had. Meticulous, honest, and reasonably priced. Excellent customer service too. I never had to wonder what was going on with my car - Joe kept me continuously updated from the minute it arrived at the shop. Don’t take your European car anywhere but Bavaria!

Tensioner arm bolt sheared/broke off my new to me 2010 Porsche 997.2 C2S. Tech's at Barvaria were able to remove broken bolt from block, obtain new OE Porsche parts, and get me back going. They also identified a damaged power-steering pulley and replaced that also. I never have a problem paying for honest professionally 'well done' repairs. Highly recommend Bavaria for normal Porsche maintenance & repairs.

I used Braveria over a year ago when joe was alive ,joe is no longer there rip joe. I brought in my 2014 jaguar xjl with 25,000 one owner original miles With a suspension fault light , I was told the pump was week & agreed to an aftermarket pump a week went by I was told pump was ok it was the module that the computer was not updating to the computer now into going on three weeks I’m told pump is ok module is not updating now week four I ask for my car back to ally joes daughter I’m told old parts are reinstalled , I’m told by the owner its now an electrical issue.,I get home my car is sitting on the ground , I now seek out a reputable jaguar Machanic in one day the car is up & running ,but I soon find out while I’m there the pump that was removed was a 2006 Mercedes’ pump & my car is a 2014 jaguar I contact Braveria letting them know I would like to be reimbursed for this part of which I managed to get at a wholesale price of $224.00 not asking for the labor cost. They claim this is not true so I guess it’s my word against theirs , Although nobody has ever serviced this car other than joe .& certainly not jaguar. So being an established business man of 41 yrs I would never recommend or return to this place of business.I can take a hit of $224.00 but can they,be honest. PS I agreed to this repair at $1075.00 cash for a repair that was done elsewhere for $624.00😩

This review is over due. I have been taking my Mercedes and my mom’s Mercedes for over 3 years. Shawn, Ashley and mechanics are the best of the best. They are very honest and detailed with all repairs. I trust them with their diagnostics and recommendations for repairing my cars. What a team! I wish I could say the same about the Mercedes dealerships.

UPDATE: So, after posting my review I received a text message a few hours later from that very personable guy at the counter named Joe. With threats for legal action. I'll add a picture of that text message. I now personally believe I made the right decision in not returning especially after seeing this threat. Perhaps this is why they hardly have any negative reviews if they follow each negative review with a lawsuit threat. Best of luck Joe! I took my 128i in for an oil change and an engine message light. Both were done in a timely manner and Joe at the front desk was informative and personable. All was done in great time and I picked up the car and drove away only to return when I noticed the mechanic forgot to install a fastener in the bottom engine oil cover they had removed for the oil drain and the area was not wiped down properly of excess oil. They quickly did that, apologized and I went on my way. Later that evening I looked at the right rear lower panels to make sure that when they replaced the leak detection pump they didn't miss any fasteners. Which they didn't but I did notice a black hose not secured properly and just hanging there. That was a quick fix I did right there as the secure plastic tab was near by. Small stuff, but nevertheless careless. The next day I got on the highway and after about 30 min the engine oil light came on and it was asking me to add a quart of oil. I quickly communicated this to Joe which he quickly had his manager Wade F. call me. Wade F. stated that the car should be fine to drive, that when I get a chance add about 3/4 of a quart but no more as he wanted to make sure I didn't over fill the engine with oil. Also to bring it back so that we can make sure the oil sensor was operating properly. He and Joe offered to completely redo the oil change. I said ok, I was willing to do that but it would be two weeks before I would be back in town. I appreciated their response time and concern to help me out. Personally I didn't think it was the oil sensor. If that was out it would give an INACTIVE message and it wasn't doing that. It was actually giving me add a quart message. In my opinion with all the other small careless issues the mechanic also failed to put in the right amount of oil. Once I added 3/4 of a quart the oil level came up to near normal. When I added the rest of the quart three days later it showed OK and the correct level. It has been ok now for 3 months without any issues. Once I saw that the oil level showed OK and remained there without any issues I no longer felt it was necessary to bring the car back to have it checked out. While I appreciate the follow up and concern by both Joe and Wade F., I no longer feel comfortable bringing the car in to this shop. It no longer was just one or two careless issue that were overlooked. It was the oil and that could of been disastrous.
