Not happy with this place went in with a flat tire and waited a long time then came out with a slow leak tire took it to another shop and found out it had a nail it and found out they broke my tire pressure sensor and they taped it on. I only gave it one star because I had to to write this review.

This place does an amazing job at what they do. They are a very busy place I will give them that and they make an effort to attend to all their customers, I dropped off my car around 2:30pm in the day to have my cambers done on my car and unfortunately they were busy that day which no worries I understand but even keeping my car over night they kept my car in a bay and not out in the lot which made me feel more comfortable with keeping my car there overnight and they got straight to it in the morning and finished it by 11am. They installed my cambers not only that but they did a double check to make sure all was tight and aligned correctly before I even left the lot. I got rims from this place too and I have nothing but good reviews for this place ! Keep up the good work guys other then the parking lot being small you guys have amazing service

Popped both of my tires and had to drop off my car after hours. I was a little nervous since I hadn’t spoken to anyone and didn’t leave my key. I called them the next day when they opened and my tires were change. The price was also reasonable. I definitely recommend this place. The customer service was exceptional as well!! Warning RUN FROM THIS PLACE!! Terrible service crazy wait time. Unprofessional and o unorganized!! Went in with one issue and left with 3 more and no one was responsible for damages that happen in their care. I had to pay out of pocket for damages made there and waste a bunch of time. So upset 😡 NEVER AGAIN WILL I PAY OR COME HERE NOR RECOMMEND ANYONE. Run!!

I have a 1:30pm appointment in Springfield and I get a huge screw in my tire. Tire ware house quoted me 2.5 hours for a tire change. I called Bay Auto and they said they could fit me in within 20 minutes. As soon as I get there, I am well taken care of and out within 10 minutes of arriving. Everyone there was wonderful, great service, great people, and very efficient.

I want to take the time to write About Bay Street auto. I paid for an alignment a year ago, unfortunately, I wound up in some trouble. I went back and the owner told me come whenever. Unfortunately, I got in trouble once again. long story short, Just went there today and got two Tires instead of the alignment I paid for. If you’re following what I’m saying, this is a real standup guy and in a rough time that I’m at right now it means a lot to deal with real people. He could’ve played me for a fool But he remembered me and they are nothing but good people every time I come. Thank you guys.

I’m 1200 miles from home, and I ran over a sheet metal screw at our hotel. Unfortunately, I have an unusual tire size that isn’t normally kept in stock at places. After AAA towed my car to a competitor, we found out the competitor didn’t have my tire in stock. Thankfully, we were referred to this location because they were amazing! My car was taken in immediately. The tire was replaced with a “like-new” tire, and the price was perfectly reasonable. The lobby/showroom isn’t anything fancy, and cell-service is spotty inside. Even those things couldn’t be seen as a negative because we were hardly in there long enough to need anything. We were in, paid, and out before we knew it. Thank you, Bay Auto!! I will refer anyone in the area to you.
