Jason was great. I was out of town on orders and failed to plan to get my state inspection done before leaving. He was kind enough to inspect my car on a walk-in the day before my sticker expired. He serviced my vehicle swiftly and was polite. His work seems respectable and he did not try to sell me anything unnecessary. Good service is hard to find, I’ll come back again just for that.

Got an appointment on Thursday for a repair, gave them a diagnostic reading for O2 sensor failure all for the repair not to be done until Tuesday. Then they charged me disproportionate price for the O2 sensors totaling 680$, more than double their market price (I don’t drive a high end vehicle just an old 2012 Altima). They told me over then phone one price all for me to get there and have to pay over 100 dollars more. For the replacement of just two O2 sensors I paid almost 1,000 dollars, that’s insane. I would recommend never coming to this shop! For any other students in the area, I’d just recommend midway auto shop instead! I would also like to the note, the man in there has a rude tone until it’s time to pay then it’s a 360 switch; don’t come here.

Had my car in for daily maintenance did everything I wanted and when doing inspections found further genuine concerns with my engine and how it was running. They were not pushy about it getting done but notified it to me to keep in mind. They were very honest and kind to answering all my question and concerns and could not be more happy with the service from the front desk to the technician working on my car. Prices for service were more than fair and I’ll definitely be coming back to them!

I brought my '21 toyota corolla in to be looked at and for an oil change with a tire rotation too as I just hit 35k on the odometer. They finished all well and promptly with a friendly environment and a relaxing waiting room or lobby to hang out in while they did the inspections and oil change. I've been bringing my car here for years and don't see myself stopping soon with the resourceful skilled staff and reasonable price tags.

ET and Amber were great. They were able to set up an appointment for me in two days. The appointment system sends reminders via text and email. Both Amber and ET physically showed me how my car was failing inspection, from the turn signals to the tires, which helped me understand why they needed to be fixed. They have a sitting area with water and coffee available while you wait. Make sure to come in and see them for all your car needs. Putting my car in their hands was the best decision I’ve made.

I chose to wait til the end of the month to get my inspection done and because I need it for work, I was fully expecting to have to rent a car to get to work. On hearing this the manager made sure I got my car back on time and it was actually in and out quickly. It was my first time taking a car to Bay because a few times they were busy and my last car usually needed urgent service but when asking my neighbors, Bay has always been recommended. Full disclosure, There’s one other place that’s also recommended that I’ve been to close by, so there is 100% chance I’m only taking my car to one of these 2 and it only depends on who has the availability. Highly recommend
